Up to that point, we had only been told it would be somewhere in the $200 range. We were then told they couldn't give an exact price ahead of time because parts prices fluctuate, which hadn't been clearly explained earlier in the process. My issue isn't really the price -- it's how everything was handled. The communication throughout the repair took a lot of follow-up on our end, and the final cost wasn't clear until pickup. When we asked about the difference and the delay, the conversation felt a bit tense, but they did end up offering a small discount, which I appreciated. I originally planned to leave a 1-star review, but because they worked with us in the end, I'm settling on 2 stars. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from using the shop -- just sharing my experience.
