I called back, tried to speak to the husband who wasn't there at the time so spoke to Alice. I told her I had brought about 20 of these bags to the previous owners of the store and never had any sloppy issues like this. She said "well sounds like you're not happy with our monogramming services so you should find somewhere else to go" and hung up on me! Terrible monogramming and worse customer service!

After calling quite a few times, I finally got an answer that the shirt will be delivered either Monday or Tuesday of this week. I called yesterday to see if they would be sending me confirmation and was told that it was being delivered today. I called today to see where they were sending the confirmation only to be told that I was going to be there Thursday morning, which is not enough time for me to get the shirt from the school to my kiddo. Mind you, I told them that I would need the replacement BEFORE Thursday. They have had no sense of urgency to correct their issue and besides the receptionist who I've spoken to numerous times, they do not seem to be apologetic at all about the situation. Now my kiddo won't have his shirt for his last kindergarten function because I just got fed up with the everything and asked for a refund. Because who knows if that shirt would have gotten there Thursday or not.
