This store is pretty big but even with 4 cashiers it was so busy. I always find stuff there that I don't need and I love.

An odd place to find a Marshalls. The place is super organized and has high end fashions because of the neighborhood.

Summary: On Thursday, 2/19 around 2:00 PM at Dillard's NorthPark, a manager confiscated my phone,…read morerefused to come down to return it or explain why, and handled the situation in a dismissive, disrespectful way. I walked away from an intended $750-$1,000 purchase and will not return to this location. My family and I have shopped Dillard's for decades and have spent thousands of dollars over the years at numerous Dillard's locations across the country. NorthPark has been my primary Dillard's location for years now. Over the years, I've built relationships with multiple sales associates at this store and other Dillard's locations. I came in for my normal seasonal shopping, trying on a large stack of items with full intent to purchase in the ~$750-$1,000 range. I intentionally came on a weekday afternoon because it's typically low-traffic and makes it easier to shop and try items on without being in anyone's way. The store and department were essentially empty. I was shopping across the men's floor and had a fitting room in the Men's Big & Tall area because I have a go-to fitting room there that's larger and has a chair/bench. I was actively in the middle of trying everything on. I stepped away for a few minutes to grab a different size after telling the associate I would be right back. I left my personal belongings in the fitting room (my wallet, key fob, AirPods, my own clothes/jacket, etc.) because I was returning immediately. I was still mid-try-on and even wearing items with tags on when this happened. When I came back within about five minutes, my fitting room had been completely emptied. I asked what happened and was told the manager, Kenny Harris, cleared it out because there were "too many clothes." Behind the register, I saw a pile of merchandise with my personal jacket literally sandwiched in the middle of it, but it was only part of what I had originally selected. I later found out another pile had been placed in a different location. This was clothing I had spent 45 minutes to an hour pulling from around the store to try on and purchase. But my phone was gone. The associate told me the manager had confiscated my phone and had it in his pocket. I then stood there waiting over 10 minutes for the manager to come down, return my personal property, and explain why this happened. During that time, another associate who has helped me in the past also started looking for him around the store because she also couldn't understand why a manager would confiscate a customer's phone, especially when my other personal belongings were left behind. The associate called again and was told the manager was "busy," would not come down, and that if I wanted my phone back the associate could go upstairs and get it. Think about how insane that is. I'm a paying customer, my personal items are mixed into piles behind the register, and I'm being told to go upstairs to retrieve my phone from a manager who took it. I went upstairs with the associate. When we reached him, he appeared to be casually chatting with other employees and did not treat the situation as urgent. He handed me my phone with a quick "here," refused to discuss the situation ("nothing to talk about"), and spoke to me in a dismissive, disrespectful manner. When I asked for his last name so I could document the incident, he became visibly offended, raised his voice, and said he was the manager of the whole store. He continued to refuse any discussion, repeating that there was "nothing to talk about." I walked back downstairs, changed back into my clothes immediately, and left, walking away from the entire purchase. Whatever their internal policy is, confiscating a customer's phone and then refusing to come down to return it or explain why is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. If you value basic customer service and professionalism, I'd recommend ordering online or choosing another location. Otherwise, shop with retailers that still prioritize service like Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, or Saks.

I tried to return this set and they insisted that I washed it, and didn't believe it was brand new even though all of my tags were attached... it was the weirdest thing ever that they were accusing me of LYING? So this weekend, I was the queen of Instacart delivery. I had so much to do. I have family coming…read morein town to see my new place and I just had to get things ready. I didn't have time to go driving to stores and spend unnecessary time looking for parking spots and then waiting online so I just did the Instacart thing and ordered from every place I needed to and everything kind of arrived at the same time while I had spent time in the gym you know what I'm saying? So my niece and her husband from New York are coming for Easter and my nephew, her brother that lives here in Dallas with me he's coming as well so I told the kids I was not gonna make them Easter baskets. They're grown adults for crying out loud, but I did tell them I was gonna have a little Candy Bar upscale, you know with my beautiful crystal champagne glasses filled with jelly beans and other shaped glassware filled with See's Candy foil wrapped eggs, and other things that I could remember that are Easter faire- so the kids said to me, but auntie Marie is there not gonna be any peeps? Peeps like the little yellow chicken things? Yes auntie Mary and we like the blue ones too! lol so I was on a quest to find these dang blue and yellow chicken peeps mind you they didn't want the pink bunnies because they said the bunnies don't go peep only the chickens, so InstaCart and Target came to the rescue. I did find them and they are secured safely in my cupboard. Lol so if there's something specific that's got your taste buds for an nostalgic Easter check out Instacart first even if you want to go to the store in person it will tell you if it's available at the store that you wanna go to to save you some time and travel

Target's always been one of my go-to spots, and this location is conveniently close, which is…read morehonestly the main reason I keep coming back. I dropped in during Circle Week for some toiletry restocks and a few deals, but... as usual, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Let's start with the good: The store is mostly clean and organized, and the layout is easy to navigate. When the shelves are stocked, it's a solid Target run. Most of the staff I've encountered have been friendly and helpful, though I did run into a less-than-enthused rep at the service desk during one visit. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. Now for the not-so-fun stuff: Parking here gives me low-key anxiety. It gets super congested, especially near the front entrance, and I've never seen that kind of consistent traffic issue at other Targets I've visited. Once inside, lines can get long, and on several visits--including this one--there were a few essential items just missing from the shelves. The real kicker? On one visit, someone left an overturned blue slushie on the shelf, and when I reached for an item, I ended up wearing slushie instead. I headed to the restroom to clean up, only to find there was no soap and the space could definitely use a refresh. Ummm, not cool :-(. I understand that limited staffing can slow down response time for these kinds of messes, but still... not exactly the "happy shopping" experience I was going for. At the end of the day, I do like Target a lot, and this location can get the job done sometimes. But next time, I might venture a bit farther out for a smoother experience. Happy Shopping (just bring a stain stick and hand sanitizer with you, LOL)!

Let me tell you, I haven't been disappointed in the level of quality service and care in all Nordstrom stores I've shopped in, but for now I must give a shout out to Brenna who is a manager in Bazille, the 3rd floor restaurant. Brenna has a sixth sense about her and can feel when someone is in need of assistance. The other day I was having lunch after being home and hospital bound for 3 months. To say I was anxious is an understatement! Her familiar face made me feel like everything would be okay. After having a most delicious lunch, I was ready to leave.... And who do you think was right beside me? Brenna was there walking me to my car, helping to get my walker folded, and giving me a "you'll be just fine hug"! Let me say that the bonus to my story is not just the excellent shopping I have available with every Nordy's experience, I have made a new friend! As a "newbie" here, I'm back in my comfort zone!! Thanks Brenna!

I assumed it was because I was barefoot a lot more due to being home more. He said that could be it, but that shoe makers are starting to come up with their own sizing (like vanity sizes in women's clothing). He did he often wears a different size depending on the shoe maker. That was a nice tip to keep in mind.

While staying at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, my friend and I decided to stop by this flagship store, especially knowing it's a legendary location and currently at risk of closing. My friend was interested in buying some shoes and a purse as she lives abroad and was doing a lot of shopping (time to rack up on InCircle points) but once we walked in and realized how quiet and silent the store was, we decided to just have a coffee and then proceed to another store later. While I understand that the building has undergone architectural changes over the years, the ground floor felt underwhelming in terms of interior design. On a quiet Tuesday afternoon, the store was practically empty. We decided to grab coffee downstairs at the Expresso Bar, but the atmosphere was a bit off. A security guard in a bulletproof vest, visibly armed, stared at me for a second, which was somewhat unsettling. He moved on, but it made the space feel more tense than welcoming. We were dressed nicely--my friend had on a Chanel top, I was wearing fancy Italian loafers....so it likely wasn't about our appearance. There's nothing signature "Neiman's" or luxurious about the Expresso Bar or its presentation. Two iced lattes and a cookie served at a counter in plastic cups came to $20 with tip, which felt pricey considering the overall experience. The only other people in the bar seemed to be employees on break. I've read wonderful things about the Zodiac restaurant upstairs and wish we had time to check it out. I truly hope this iconic store stays open, but it could definitely use some fresh energy and warmth to bring it back to life. Some good energizing or soothing shopping music (even a piano) could do wonders.
