We come to this Target fairly often but I see that I have not updated my review since 2017 so it is time. We went here on a Sunday looking for some household goods. This Target has an excellent selection of basically everything you could need: toys, a grocery section, personal grooming, clothes, household goods and small appliances, shoes, TV and other audio equipment, sporting goods, etc. You name it, they probably have it. The aisles are wide and easy to navigate. Target is renowned for its low prices and I would generally agree although prices have gone up in the past few years. I guess that is generally true now that the government has decided to place an additional tax on goods in the form of tariffs. There is plenty of parking. The one complaint is that it is virtually impossible to find an employee on the floor if you need assistance. They have added a self-check out in recent years, which is good because the lines typically move very slowly. It's a busy store with lots of customers. Overall, it's a pleasant shopping experience. read more

This Target just continues on its downward spiral. I routinely pick up here. For years I shopped in store, but the service got so bad I now only use pick up or order on line. However, after the holiday experiences I've had picking up groceries I am completely done with Target. I had multiple expired items in my last pick up. Milk that was two weeks out of date. Ice cream that expired in October 2025. Three months! I had an order on Dec 13 that is still just "pending" (wrapping paper ha!). The main problem is that there is NO ONE you can contact. We tried repeatedly calling the store when our pick up was over 12 hours late and every time someone answered they hung up on us. I couldn't even get someone on the 1-800 customer service number. I am done. Wal-mart, Sprouts, Whole Foods --anything is better than Target. I've spent my last dime there. read more

This location has always been my go to. Unfortunately today's visit was less than stellar. The parking lot had trash everywhere and the store was also a mess including a lot of unstocked shelves and trash in the aisles. Not sure what has happened here but it appears as if management just doesn't care. read more

Service is terrible at this location. Went to customer service to look for an item and was told it wasn't on the shelves, which wasn't correct. Trying to checkout I needed help and no one was there. Loss prevention was able to help but the associate threw away my gift card that I wanted to keep before I had a chance to tell them. The store itself is in disarray and overall the experience was a disappointment read more

I wanted to buy a birthday cake. I ask the young guy behind the counter if he can write that. He said he couldn't. A few moments later, a woman appears. I ask her, and she says she can. She shows me several icing packets in various colors- green, red, blue, white, and black. I ask if she has a brown or chocolate color icing. She did but told me she didn't know how to use it. Just the chocolate icing that matches the cake. They were all in squeeze packets. She said she needed a special tool she didn't have. Seriously? She refused to help me. Neither team members spoke English fluently. The young man was painfully shy. As a person of color, I felt discriminated against. I went to a grocery store and got a cake with no drama or special tools! How difficult is that? I will never shop here again. I'm sure no one will do anything to her. I want so badly to give this target a 4 but I was just a bit disappointed in Lisa as much as I am impressed by her. I came in to a very clean store. Awesome! And I knew I needed to go to a cashier because I had some gift cards on my phone I needed to use. You know those little $2, $3 and $5 gift cards that accumulate. I was super happy bc there was quite a line and Lisa came to the rescue and told me I could go to her register bc she was going to open to relieve the others. Well, she rang my items up (which included two sets of earrings. I told her I had a few gift cards she may need to enter and let me tell you. She was so patient with me I honestly am in shock. She was polite the entire time entire time. She deserved some kudos. WHERE IT WENT WRONG WAS I WENT ALL THE WAY HOME TO REALIZE SHE FORGOT MY EARRINGS. came back. And here's where she left them. Now, having to drive ALL THE WAY BACK to target during quarantine is for sure not on my list of happy items for this Friday. read more

Dear Target. Please do not close down either exit door, until the store is completely closed and all customers are out. We live in a dark world. And I as a young female do not feel safe walking all the way from the left entrance/exit OUTSIDE AT NIGHT to my car which is parked in front of the right entrance/exit. Target gives all this hoopla about women's rights, but clearly they do not value women or children's safety by making people walk that far in the dark. Unless you want to escort customers to their cars, do us, the people who keep you in business the easiest favor ever and don't lock those doors. There are way too many sex trafficking incidents especially in the Dallas area. read more

I am thoroughly disgusted and offended! I was literally in this store approx. 10 minutes and literally had 3 employees and a loss prevention officer follow me on every aisle and stand less than 3 feet away from. And no they were NOT checking on anything on the shelves, they were monitoring me like I was criminal! Fancy!! They just remodeled this Target and the bathroom got a makeover as well. Very sleek and modern interior. Cool sinks, nice mosaic tiles upon entering and some trendy lighting highlights this new restroom. Great music to poop to as well. Very eclectic. They are actually doing some hourly maintenance while I am pooping. Very impressive. This is for sure a hip place to drop a deuce. read more

People have been robbed at gunpoint and victimized and the security flippantly responds as if this is supposed to be ok. I can not encourage anyone to shop here. Target is definitely one of the ultimate GO-TO store. Target has a bit of everything from a full selection of produce, meats and deli and supermarket selections. You can walk on over and and grab personal household home goods , seasonal products, women's, men's and and children's apparel. You can always find the perfect electronics or toys gifts for someone else or for yourself. If you have the cartwheel application you can find someone great deals and get great savings. I love how now you can choose between going to a cashier or self checkout. When they have backup the store responds by having additional back up cashiers come up to help, which does help a lot! If you wanna save more they do have a red card that gives you 5% on all purchases and that is linked to the bank card. You can always find what you need at Target especially this one! read more

I live in Plano but I come down south to this store every so often. The Plano store seems to get picked over so fast! I always come here when I'm looking for fun/cutesy holiday clothing and decor. If you wait till after the holiday, most items are half off. Although by then all of the good things are pretty well picked off. The store is set up well so that things are easy to find. Racks are organized well and it seems as if people don't just throw things all over the place like some stores. The dressing rooms are kept very clean and there's always multiple attendants available. There's plenty of parking out front in the private lot. It's decently well lit at night but I would suggest sticking to shopping during the day. It not exactly in the best area. Definitely a great store to buy little every day items or gifts for someone. read more

I can't say enough good things about Target. I would recommend getting the Target debit card and you will get 5% off every purchase. I absolutely love it and it's easy to set up. I also recommend getting the Target pharmacy card. After purchasing a certain amount of items in the pharmacy you will get a coupon for an extra discount online or in the store. Another thing I recommend is using your Target card in the Starbucks in Target, you get 5% off your drinks, plus it will still count to you Starbucks rewards. I do almost all my shopping at Target for clothes, housing decor, groceries, pharmacy, etc. read more

My family planned before the global event of virus scare, to move to Dallas. We knew it we had a lot to do to pack and move with two babies. Due to overpacking the car we had to ship our children's mattress's. Everyone's hours have changed and shopping isn't always easy to find everything. I did my shopping and got two baby beds and I forgot my card at home so rushed. The manager and staff were so kind, welcomed me to Dallas, "Welcome Home" the manager said. I was so touched by the level of care and kindness it messed me up. Plus they allowed me to return home and get my card and pay and go! I've never had been treated so well especially at a Target. Customer service is rare and if you give attitude sometimes you'll get it back. I'm sure this store could have challenges but for me they went above and beyond, when it's not easy on everyone with the world we currently are in. Thank you to the staff who welcomed me and my family and made sure we had what we needed for our first night home. God bless read more

I know this Target has the same items as the store off of Haskel, but this one is still my preferred store. Just jump off Northwest Highway (going East bound) and it's right there. Easy parking, usually not very crowded and they even have a Starbucks/Pizza Hut inside. Nice, right? read more

The employees here couldn't have less give-a-*** if they tried. Giving it two stars because it's a big store with good selection but I get super tired of there being no carts, no baskets, the exit is always blocked with carts from lazy customers and it never gets picked up, the employees have an attitude, and if you use the help kiosks, nobody shows up. The staff in this store makes minorities feel uncomfortable as soon as you step in the door. People who don't even pose a threat, are clearly there to spend a decent amount of money if you see me grabbing a cart, they follow you around and aren't even inconspicuous. They even follow you to the parking lot. I placed several complaints about this location-- received a response from some customer service manager via email that lacked any empathy & had no follow up to my response but ultimately, they don't care. Just for the record dear Brooke, it's definitely not sick and twisted. I adore this store too. Target nerds unite! This particular location is one of the cleanest and safest I've been to lately. Now while I wouldn't sit in your car and cut out coupons ladies, it's much higher on the safety scale than other Target locations. The grocery selection is always stocked and known for great sales, their produce is fresh and readily available and I feel comfortable buying meats and frozen fish here. (I'm looking at you, Walmart) And like most Targets, it's the place to get cheap clothes you'll probably only wear for the season. I'm notorious for spending an hour or two in the swim suit section. But beware, so does everyone else and you might find a clone at your nearest pool. Helpful employees, clean restrooms and a most-of-the-time quick checkout process keeps this particular Target high on my to-do list. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with target. I love them because everything is affordable and the customer service is always good. I go to other super centers and get treated like they're annoyed when I ask for help. Not at target, they come to me and ask if I need help finding anything. Plus I get 5% off all my purchases. The hate part comes in because I walk in for 2 specific things and end up walking out with random stuff I've convinced myself that I need. This Super Target has it all. There's a Starbucks, short lines, fresh produce, cute clothes, and cool clearance items. Mostly everyone is friendly, but every once in a while you may get a cashier who is grumpy and doesn't want to say hello or thank you. I went to this location to have a target Amex card reloaded. The attendant told " we don't do that", I told them "yes you do reload Amex target cards" and I walked away. I still can't understand the stupidity of the people at customer service. I'm a huge Target nerd, and I love this particular Target. It's well organized and I usually don't have to wait in a line unless it's a typically busy time (which i tend to avoid anyway). The parking lot is large and well-lit at night, and I've never felt unsafe here. My only complaint is that when I was looking for some My Little Pony stuff that was Target-exclusive, they didn't have it. read more

It's Target, you get what you normally expect from a Target store. Clean place, good prices. I have one MAJOR issue with this particular Target. I have been coming here for at least 7 years. In that time, I can't think of a single time that I have been here with a full staff of cashiers. Doesn't matter when you go, they WILL be understaffed. They have 24 cashier lanes at this store. As I stand in line here, there are 5 open lanes. That's about par for the course. I have complained to management in the past, but there doesn't seem to be any change. For that reason alone, I am giving a 2 star rating. read more
