Don't come here expecting bargain-basement prices. This place is more like a fancy flea market with Pottery Barn vibes, where "discount" means "not exactly a steal." But hey, there's plenty to look at! Some of it feels like a scavenger hunt--like those mystery boxes of lighting fixtures where you have to Google the item number to see what it even looks like. We tried for a hot minute (we need an entry light), but finally gave up. Most items are 40% off, with some seasonal stuff at 70%, and if you're hunting for dining chairs, you'll find plenty! It's best if you want a set of 4, though they're all priced individually (of course). Workers were scarce, and when you did spot one, they seemed as interested in customer service as a cat at a dog park. One highlight? The giant bathroom! Perfect for regrouping when you need a breather mid-hunt. There's stuff here from Pottery Barn, West Elm, Williams Sonoma--all the big names--and if you're furnishing a new place, this could be a decent spot for some quality anchor pieces. This was at the new location 2999 Retail Connection Way, Arlington. My friend flew in and we had a weekend to furnish LV/DN/FR/ sunroom. We just hit PB Outlet on the right day! Found 2 couches, breakfast area table, some tableware, and amazing throw pillow cases at 70% off! Total score! Went back a couple days later to get a few more throw pillow cases and they had all of the inserts needed as well and an entry table lamp that was perfect! read more

I really love this outlet! Everytime i come i find something whether it's bedding or a lamp there is always something to be found here and at a fabulous price. The employees are always super nice and helpful. I've bought several breakable things and every single time they wrap my items with care. I found a full size comforter for my sons room that is on website for $248 i snagged it for $45! I also love that this outlet is so organized it's organized by color and category most outlets aren't organized as much as this one but this one is great and always clean. They change their promotions every Wednesday so watch their social media. read more

First of all- do not drive far to make a special trip here with high or false expectations. Don't come here because you need something specific right away. I would say that in order to have a good experience here you need to know what to expect. This store doesn't operate like typical outlets. Everything in the store is marked at retail price and every week they have a changing line up of discounts/promotions (50% furniture, 30% off rugs, etc.). They do not offer any additional discounts for damaged items, but if something sits there long enough without selling they will put it on clearance and mark it down. The good thing is, the majority of what they have is in perfectly good condition. I learned this one day when I found the nightstands that matched our bed with damage and only 20% retail. It seemed like a terrible deal I was annoyed that the associate wouldn't give an additional discount due to the damage. THEN, they explained to me how the store operated. They recommended that I call before I visit and find out what the weekly deals were and decide the best times to visit. I didn't agree and thought it was a strange way to run a business but I appreciated the explanation and went on my way. Since I live in Arlington we're able to drop by and browse fairly regularly. Because of that I was able to find the same nightstands in perfect condition at 50% off a couple of weeks later. Now that we know how they operate we've been able to pick up several things from our wishlist at 50% or more off of retail (not to mention some unexpected treasures). All of that being said, I think this is a fun place to shop and we'll continue dropping in to see what we can find. read more

A store after my own heart! I am a bargain shopper through and through so when I found out about this place while shopping for a dining table I was in heaven. Yes, prices are still "high" compared to cheaper stores but getting a high quality $2,000 table for $800 is a steal to me. The store was well organized compared to other outlets I've been to. All employees were so nice and helpful even when I called ahead to check . I went 2 days in a row to scope out the merchandise then the next day to bring a truck. I don't think prices here are all that much better than going to an actual Pottery Barn. Outlets are supposed to be cheaper? Maybe not. Well I came on Black Friday and everything was 60% off. But 60% off regular Pottery Barn prices should be the norm at an outlet. At least that's kind of how it works at like a Nordstrom rack vs Nordstrom. So I walk in and immediately I'm impressed with all the furniture. There are rows and rows of sofas and couches and chairs. I was specifically looking for bedding so I can't tell you what was on the right hand side of the store, but the bedding and towels are on the left. I like that they have stock of PBteen and kid merchandise. I was able to pick up some things from the Harry Potter collection. However, a duvet cover, some shams and a throw all came out to more than $100 anyway. The cashier was nice enough. She forgot to ring up an item, so it took awhile and I had to make two transactions because of her mistake, but it's fine. We all make mistakes. read more

I'm reluctant to visit furniture outlet stores because usually everything is so damaged so I was completely surprised when we stepped in. Not only is the store very organized and easy to navigate but the merchandise is pretty much in immaculate condition. There were a few pieces that had minor damage but most were pristine. I love that they sell PB Kids and teen. This store has it all. Furniture, bedding, towels, decor. Sales change weekly and they receive shipments everyday, which makes it easy to find what you want and at a reasonable price point. I would be cautious though. Like with all outlets, some deals aren't necessarily a deal. For instance, we purchased a new lamp from Pottery Barn Galleria store last week for about $112. The same lamp was at the outlet for $350 with 40% off ($210). With that being said, there are many items that are much cheaper. Oh and all sales are final. read more

Love this OUTLET! First off, everything that comes through the doors is stuff you can still find online (unless it's discontinued) which makes it a great deal! The discount is always at least 30% off the ticketed price (super important to know that the price you see is never with their weekly discount sales that change every Wednesday)! I called the manager and he confirmed this store is not closing on 10/21/2022, and said they have been there for three three years! Find them on Instagram @pboutlet_arlington Love furnishing my home with all the wonderful finds! And the bedding is amazing, they call it "designated stock" and sell all the stuff you see in the regular stores at a discounted rate. It is a great place if you have realistic expectations. A lot of the furniture is here because a) it is worn from being on display or b) damaged in transit. Pottery barn has excessively high prices anyways so 50% and $1700 item is still a lot of money, but is a heck of a deal if you need that item. You can find golden deals and get like new items for CHEAP. I got a $1600 rug for $150. You're not going find target prices on very high end furniture. If that is your expectation, head to target. I only took one star off because you do have to dig through bins for curtains and some of the bedding. read more

I asked for a sleeper sofa and manager said they didn't have any. I took another look and found two. When I went to pull out the sleeper, the frame wasn't even attached! I had to show them where and how it was broken. Another salesman came over and tried to fix it but it was a lost cause. They still wanted $2,200 for a broken sofa. I went online and saw the same one for $2,900. Discount and broke furniture need to be less. The store in San Marcos is amazing and I was so excited that this one was closer to home. The staff was helpful, the selection was ok, but I regret purchasing from them. They choose to partner with a company that doesn't come close to what you would expect of a Pottery Barn experience. We purchased some furniture and were offered delivery the next day. Our delivery window passed and was not delivered. Customer service was closed and there was no way to contact anyone with the delivery company. How do you offer a service on a specific day and not have any means of making contact in the event that something goes wrong? The next day we got a text with a link to reschedule. Instead of next day delivery, my first available option was three days after purchase. All text communications have been before or after business hours. I can't understand why this delivery company wouldn't make things right with the deliveries they missed FIRST, before resuming the next day's schedule. This paints a picture that the next days customers have priority over the ones who they already failed. Pottery Barn credited me for the delivery fee and while I appreciate that, this doesn't change the fact that they are partners with a company that has a very low level of customer service that I am still dealing with. This has significantly impacted my overall opinion and impression of Pottery Barn along with my desire to shop with them in the future. It is very simple. Don't offer something if you cannot deliver it. If something goes wrong, make it right. My recommendation is that if you do make a furniture purchase at this outlet, you are much better off renting a truck and picking up yourself. UPDATE: The circus continues. This is an absolute joke. My delivery was changed two more times, and the furniture is still at the store. Pottery barns attempt to make it right failed. While they may have refunded the delivery charge for our inconvenience, they still failed to have the furniture delivered or even come up with a semi-reliable date and now we are paying someone else to pick it up. read more

I had high hopes for this store because I love the look of their decor and bedding. Unfortunately, it was a bust. Ridiculously high prices on items -- even with 50% off!! One curtain panel was $159 on sale... really?? Not only that, I actually came across a couple of items marked down very low, and when I was at the checkout, they wouldn't honor that price. They said it must have been a mistake, but I found 5 or 6 items clearly marked down and they refused to sell them for the marked down price. Even if it was a mistake , they should have honored it. Seriously, #potterybarn, if you're selling a single curtain panel for $159, you can afford to let me buy the marked down items!! Terrible customer service. Ridiculous prices. Definitely worth going! It's PB, PB Teens/kids, West Elm, William Sonoma. It's a little overwhelming because you don't know what's from where it's just all together and sorted by item. For example: tables, rugs, chairs, kids, lightening. Still somewhat pricey but anywhere from 40%-75% off SO! I was very excited to walk around in here because I had no idea it was near where I live and I love browsing through their catalogs! When I got there, I was disappointed to find that almost everything had a scratch, stain, or imperfection of some kind. Don't get me wrong, I like to save money. I wouldn't mind bringing an imperfect item home and trying to repair it, get a stain out, etc. if I really loved it. But I will not do that if everything is still extremely overpriced! I never Yelp anything but today is an exception. I went to this outlet because I had been watching a chair I saw from the PB teen website and I got it for 60%off in brand new, still in the box. This store is well organized and clean, the employees go out of their way to help customers. One employee even went back in the store room to find a specific chair. I felt like I received concierge service. Everything was 50-60% off and the selection was amazing. I love the fact they will take information of specific merchandise your looking for and will call when it comes in. I purchased a desk chair and in perfect condition; they wrapped it in clear plastic wrap and loaded it in my car. This is my first, but definitely not my last visit to this PB outlet. read more

I've been impressed by the development of this area and I'm thrilled that a Pottery Barn Outlet has come into the DFW area. Mind you, this is only the second in the state of Texas. The other one is in San Marcos which is more than 200 miles away. The outlet has great potential. The outside exterior looks superb. We loved the appeal of rugged log cabin look. Walking in it's basically a warehouse. I read somewhere that there's 52,000 square inside. Immediately to the right there's plenty of decor items. To the back an extensive section of rugs and lighting options. To the left, bedding. In the center, sectionals, sofas and chairs. A lot of them, they only have one of. The conditions are varied. Be careful of certain items. Some of them really needed to be tossed. Beware of strange stains that lurk among potential great finds. Finding that perfect piece can be challenging because there's so much to look through but we loved the experience. It was great to find different things that we've seen and purchased before from PB. The sales staff were very extremely kind and they said that they get shipment in everyday. We had young kids and they loved exploring the entire store. We will be regulars here because we're such big fans of PB, including their West Elm and William Sonoma stores. read more

SAVE YOUR TIME & GAS, Like many bad reviews below, I was hopeful that this outlet would be worth the drive from Preston Hollow 45 min. one way. Trust me. Don't bother, it's a dank, dirty, dark, nasty cheap space filled with used, dirty, dingy, broken, used, worn, beat up floor samples, mixed matched crap. It's chipped, dented, scuffed, filthy, nasty, used, fingered, opened, trashed.. Granted there are a few ugly bold prints that you can't find any pillow cases or shams to match. They are out of their minds. That they are charging $499 for a burlap thick linen duvet cover. Looks like corn cob textured almost wicker like. who thinks that would be comfortable on a bed? Perhaps if you needed some dirty college type furniture it might be worth it.. but who pays thousands of dollars for dirty used crap furniture? Honestly go to IKEA. They have 20 huge card board boxes full of dirty, opened, returned and used items.. slipcovers, sheets, towels, curtains you name it anything they can stick in the boxes. They post a 75% off sign, on the box but when you take it to the check out they wont honor the discount. Same with 10 boxes full of curtains and sheets, etc. There were 2 people checking out where the manager was called over.. She easy to identify, the "bad witch of the North with a nose ring". She accused customers of putting items in the boxes, when the customers explained there were 10 items in the discount boxes. The manager said" I can't control what people put in those boxes", really she can't control or manage the selling space. She's an embarrassment. It's the oldest trick in the book to try and bait and switch. It's sad, they think there Korean, Mexican, Chinese made, poorly constructed dirty, smelly, nasty used merchandise is worthy of outrageous prices just because it's branded... Chuck Williams should be rolling in his grave. It's a complete waste of time, save your time.. $3k for a marble sink with pressed MDF total crap, $159 for one curtain panel..really?
