So.. I think I could actually live in this store. I have furnished my entire apartment here! Slightly embarrassing to admit that, but hey, I love a good deal and anything aesthetically pleasing. This store is seriously massive and I honestly would not step foot in here unless you have some time on your hands because I promise - you will be there for AWHILE. I've spent hours there before because there is truly just so much stuff to look at. And if you're not careful, you will start telling yourself you need things you didn't even know you needed ha! But overall they have a really good, diverse selection and they are constantly adding and changing the store so it's always new items. They're always ahead of the holidays which I applaud, and never fail to offer lower prices than competitors. I almost instinctively come here when I'm looking for organization bins, candles, throw blankets or small decor items. I am a big fan of Home Goods. It is always fun to bring in the new seasons and holidays by visiting one of their stores. They always have an incredible selection of timely and unique items to decorate the home or office with. They have things in addition to seasonal decor too, like pots and pans and other kitchen utensils, pet supplies, furniture, dishwasher, bedding, you name it. Their prices are very competitive and pretty deeply discounted under the full retail prices you will find the same items priced at other retailers. I purchased some pots foe my potted plants here today and saved bundles! The staff is generally stationed at the registers here and seldom out on the floor, at least when I have been here. read more

I love shopping at HomeGoods and this one and the Allen location are my DFW faves! The selection here is amazing - I've been loving their ceramic pots during the summer time and furniture stays stocked year-round! What I think is special about this location is the attention to detail. Many of the HG stores have sloppy displays where things are constantly falling over. I have personally watched the staff here spend time designing functional, beautiful displays of all the tricky-sized discount goods so it's aesthetically pleasing. My advice here would be to buy it if you like it because it likely won't be around the next time you shop. read more

This location has a lot of stuff, so make sure you have time to get through the entire store. I spent two hours just browsing. Items are mostly organized, but some areas are a "grab bag." It is an outlet store, so "some maze navigation is required." Areas are organized by kitchen, furniture, bedding, bath, walls, gardening, kids, etc. There is a nice selection of items and prices are reasonable. Anything you need inside or outside a living space can be found here at a good price. I noticed employees assisting customers, so customer service seems OK, although they do seem to need more employees to help with stocking and keeping areas neat. I was just browsing and purchasing a few essential oil scented soy candles, so I didn't interact with anyone other than a friendly cashier. I'm a sucker for FREE covered parking and there is plenty of that here. When shopping for house stuff, I'm going to start coming here first. read more

Definitely the biggest HG I've been to in the metroplex so far. I was a bit overwhelmed when I walked in due to how crowded everything is...it's hard to get around the store due to so many unattended items left in the middle of the aisles for restocking. A few times I was trying to look at clearance items on the end caps but employees were rearranging things and would not move to allow customers to look. I did find a lot of great items on clearance throughout the store, so I was happy about that. Upon check out I was greeted by an employee named Mario which was very kind and interacted with me throughout the process. I love home good and this store is huge and has a great selection. Make sure you have time to explore each row as this store is well stocked. My only negative about this store is that is gets really packed and makes it a little difficult to move around, however if you can get over that you'll find some great deals. I just left this store and I buy everything at TJ Maxx and I live 2 hours from here. I happened to be in this area and stopped in. I found a rug I have been searching everywhere for. Unfortunately, the sales associate could not figure out how to redeem the merchandise credit I had and instead of calling one of the 17 managers that were blocking the isles in the back of the store - she just said sorry so I left. HomeGoods is a wonderful place to find things to furnish and decorate your house or apartment. I recently moved into a new apartment and needed lots of things. I made my list and this was my first stop. No, I did not find everything that was on my list but I did find things that were good deals and better than what you can find at other stores like this. I like the layout of the store a lot and it's nice that they have a garage that leads right into the store. Every employee that I have encountered here has been helpful and friendly. I bought a small bedside table and it was a little wobbly. I asked the manager if the price could be reduced. She knocked off a few dollars and was very nice about it. My advice: Go into HomeGoods with a list of some sort or looking for a particular item. It might get a little overwhelming if you don't know what you're looking for. I love this Homegoods location. Parking is convenient because there is an entrance from the garage. They always have a good selection and it is easy to get a good bargain. My Homegoods go-tos are bed linens and pet items. My dog loves the fancy organic treats that we always seem to find here. I also love the mirrors and the wall art. This place is like heaven for any person who is looking to decorate their home. You can spend hours just going through every aisle, finding items you've never seen elsewhere. The prices are reasonable, but the merchandise goes quickly. So if you like something, pick it up. Cause chances are, it won't be there the next time you come back. I've made that mistake several times and suffered the consequences. The inventory is hit or miss. They have truckloads that come every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. So you never know what you're going to get from day to day. I've had days where I've gone back daily to see what new merchandise they've had so I could furnish a room. Beware that Christmas decor goes quickly. You nearly have to pick it up as soon as it hits the shelf (close to two months before Christmas). Cause waiting will get you next to nothing. Every time that I have been to this store, the customer service has never been more than mediocre. That is only on their good days. Most of the time its crap. The cashiers have their own conversation every time I'm making a purchase. They pay no attention. They gave me half of my receipt the last time I was there, and when I tried getting my money back, I was told that I could only get store credit. For something that was their own fault. Do you enjoy being followed? Then this is the right place for you! I'm in there for about two minutes and then realize my girlfriend and I are being followed by fake shoppers. It's a very comfortable feeling as they stare at us and look at everything around where my girlfriend and I are (sarcasm).
