Last time I was there, there was a young boy with his mom, he was looking at pokemon cards. The mom clearly didn't know much and the people at the counter did not offer any help. He wanted to look through bulk but the counter was too high. The mom gave up and just told him to look at the cards on display and pick from there. I swear if this kid could've looked through the bulk he would've had such an amazing experience! (They have good cards). Instead he walked away with a single card from the display. Uber friendly, patient, and full of knowledge of all things comic related. The store is very very small... a bit uncomfortable for my taste, especially when there are 3 or more people in there.
