We would not have to pay, unless we decided to purchase. When I realized that they never called to let us know that the shoes had arrived, I called. They didn't find the order and it doesn't seem that the shoes arrived and were simply put back in stock. Their suggestion, "Perhaps you should order them online." Considering it was a large order, I would hope that they would have expedited an order for me to their store. Dealing with having to find wide width shoes is hard. Stores often don't keep them in stock. So, you are left guessing on whether the shoes fit and dealing with the returns when they don't. If I wanted to go through the same routine of buying and returning shoes that I ordered online, I would not have driven 45 minutes out of my way in traffic to go to the store in the first place. I am disappointed in the store's lack of service. If they weren't going to fulfill the order, they shouldn't have offered to take it.

This lady was referred to me by a friend. She was paid $4500 upfront in May 2023 after…read morecommunicating with her since March 2023. I agreed and paid her $200 for the sample. Once the sample came, I loved it with minor tweaks. She had till August 2023 to complete 25 uniforms. When Tiffany Cole sent them back, they were not like the original sample. She sent them 3 days prior to us competing, therefore we had no choice but to wear them. We were leaving for a competition in Baltimore. The measurements were all off some stripes bigger than the others, the ruffles and key holes were ALL different on each uniform, and she took of the ruffles off the butt of the uniform, putting a white piece of material over it. She began rushing on the costumes and it showed from the ending result. She NEVER told me she was switching them up, nor did I agree to it. She then told me to send them back to her after the competition on August 6, 2023. (She KNEW WE WORE THEM! AND TRIED TO LIE ABOUT IT). I began texting her to ship them back on August 10th she did not respond till the following week. We had another big performance in Indiana "Circle City Classic Parade" September 23 she said she would have them done FOR. SHE did not have them done!!! WE DID NOT GO! We paid a deposit on the bus OF $500 we could not get back and as of today Dec 13, 2023, I still have not received my uniforms. Reason being, it was football season and she had other obligations, after I started my commitment to her BACK in March 2023. She had an obligation to us, and she FAILED!!! She kept pushing the dates back very unprofessionally. I should have NEVER given her the money upfront!!! She got lazy with my product and because she was already paid, she dgaf!!!!!! She would often say she ran out of this material, that material. She called me Monday Dec 11th saying she was finally finished with the product but claimed my address wasn't on the USPS website. The house was built in 1993 BS! I told her to send it through FedEx or UPS. She basically told me NO! She never even tried to take them to the post office for verification. This lady and her company are a joke!!! She's trying to make me pay for the shipping!!!! All because she didn't DO HER JOB from the START! I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau . DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TIFFANY COLE AND THE ALL-STAR DANCE AND PERFORMANCE WEAR, LLC . In Alvardo, TX She's a one man show and is struggling trying to keep up. This is why I choose to spend my black dollar with other businesses at least they use effective communication skills. She should be shut DOWN!! But even better is the STRENGTH and CONDITIONING I have gained already in these 4 months. I have never, ever, in my life been able to climb ANYTHING...well barely even a ladder. Now I can shimmy (although not so prettily) my way up a bar and have learned so many pretty & cool ways to come back down it! My shoulders, arms, thighs, calves, EVERYTHING, are visibly stronger and fitter. Even better, I have FINALLY found a fitness program that I LOVE and rush to get to the classes.
