On Christmas Eve 2025 around 5:30 PM, we were shopping in this strip center. Every other business had a clear sign on the door stating they were closing early and listing the time. This shoe store had no sign or notice at all. As soon as we walked in, the manager (name starts with a C) rudely said, "We're closing in 5 minutes," in a very dismissive tone, then turned around and walked away. No greeting, no courtesy, no explanation. We weren't the only ones treated this way--other customers were clearly put off by his attitude as well. Because of this, we took our business down the street instead of spending money here. After Christmas, we returned to finish my shopping and asked the employees about this manager. Unfortunately, they had nothing positive to say about him either, which says a lot. If there had been a simple sign stating the early closing time and a more respectful approach, this wouldn't have been an issue. Instead, this place had a Grinch of a manager who seemed more interested in acting out than helping customers. Very disappointing experience, especially during the holidays. Compared to other sneaker stores I've patroned the prices are what you would expect for resale. Where LC stands out is the customer service. As a female, it's important to me that I feel safe and unpressured when I'm shopping - and that I'm not manslpained to or tried to take advantage of because of it. Sneaker stores are usually run to accommodate a specific demographic, so I don't always feel welcomed as an older female. That is not the case here as I'm always greeted by a friendly face and left to peruse without pressure to purchase. One young man walked us to the back to size the kids. An older man muttered to his co-worker "wow shes so dramatic" based off of me asking to have them sized. I was in a great mood, the kids were calm. okay I'll let it slide, whatever. Then the young man sizes one child, tells us size, runs off. I thought he needed to grab something.
