I was greeted quickly when I entered the store and a young lady assisted me in finding the right shoe size. They have UK sizes for shoes and she shared her recommendations with me. I appreciate that they offer shoe sizing, which is complimentary if you buy shoes from them. I bought dance shoes in a mocha bliss tone in a size down which worked well for my ballet class. The canvas shoes do stretch and are easy to maintain. The prices here are affordable as well.

Disappointed on their willingness to work with online customers. On my order page it said 35 days…read morefor refunds. Not only were they initially wanting to hold me to a 14 day return that is posted elsewhere on their website but the manager was snippy when I requested that they honor the 35 days posted on the actual order page. Once she heard that, she then responded that the garment was not returnable because it was underwear (It's basically a training bra that doesn't fit my daughter.) I am curious what is unhygienic about that- it is definitely not underwear! Do they not let girls try on leotards and bras at their in person store and then put them back on the rack if not purchased? Needless to say we will not be purchasing from them again and I would recommend they stick to in person retail sales until they can manage online service in a more equitable manner. (And hopefully they have now changed their return days message on the order page so that they do not misinform other online customers.)

I've passed by this shop dozens of times and didn't realize it was there. The classy print on the…read morewindow is small and needs a closer look to determine what's there. After a staff lunch one day one of my coworkers convinced us to take a detour to Keeping Up with the Joneses before we headed back to work. I am so glad I did. This little shop is the perfect size. It's small, quaint, and has just enough to browse without being overwhelming. We started with the clearance rack outside and the clothes were so cute! The sales are really good! One of my coworkers scored a gorgeous blue and white work dress and a pink and coral lace dress for a wedding reception--both on sale for $50! They had some cute white shirts with black printed sayings on them. I got two that said "Chanel and Champagne" although I was really in love with the "You had me at Merlot" shirt. They just didn't have it in my size. :-( The sizes available go up to size 14. If you look hard enough you can find some items in XXL, but the selection is small, so keep an open mind. I plan to regularly stop by to see what is on sale and maybe fall in love with more of their clothes. I spotted some gorgeous dresses and tops, but again my size wasn't available. There's a small fitting room in the shop. It's located in the back of the store, which is also where Aria Salt is (they share the space). One thing that I really love is that the material of the clothes felt thick and durable. You can tell the clothes are well made and will last. The owner was friendly and helpful, giving tips on what kind of shoes went with my coworker's dresses and ringing us up quickly. I also scored two large stemless wine glasses for 50% off each. I'm loving my new wine glasses! Can't wait to go back to Keeping up with the Joneses!

The person who helped us, I believe his name was Ronaldo, was incredibly patient and helpful. They were busy when we first arrived, so it took a little while before someone could assist us, but once he did, he took his time answering all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. We also did the foot test to better understand what type of running shoes would work best for us, which was really helpful. They have a great selection of shoes, along with some clothing, gels, and running accessories. They didn't have all the colors I was looking for, but Ronaldo explained that they could order them online, which was nice. My only wish is that the store were a little bigger because I would love to see an even larger selection in person. But honestly, the customer service makes up for it. They really focus on one customer at a time, take the time to understand what you need, and don't rush you into a purchase. Overall, such a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend this Fleet Feet location to other runners!

The brands were the nicer name brands, with a few brands we've not heard of. The insoles are SuperFeet brand, we've used these before in running shoes, I like the brand. They carry Asics, Brooks, On, New Balance, and Nike to name a few. The store was clean and well kept. They carry clothes, socks, and other support systems to help with feet. Very happy with the visit.
