If I could give this place zero stars, I would. A friend recommended this store to us, so my mother and I went last week expecting good service. Instead, we were met with nothing but rudeness from the two girls at the front. They barely helped us, gave us attitude the entire time, and then outright lied to us about a dress. They told me a specific dress (which they conveniently didn't have in my size) was "custom-made for their store." That was complete nonsense because I found the exact same dress at another prom shop; for a cheaper price! It's one thing not to carry my size, but it's another to lie and make me feel bad about it. This was a complete waste of time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere that actually treats customers with respect. read more

Literally had a phenomenal time here! Lacey was very helpful, she asked questions and made sure my daughter felt confident in each dress she tried on! She also gave her a few word of encouragement, " it's your senior year, go all out!" Now that's great customer service! read more

If I could leave this a zero I would I had a very similar experience to what someone else has already reviewed. I went into the Fort Worth location with my daughter on a Monday at 11:30. Looking for 2 formal dresses.I figured they wouldn't be overwhelmingly busy during this busy prom time I was met with so much rudeness and snide remarks from the salesgirl. about a dress size. It took me a minute to realize this was just so blatant . One of the money comments was about a dress That was made for someone "thin"! that she just took and walked off with .i'm walking around the store carrying 10 dresses. I'm one of two customers in the entire store with three sales girls. Finally they were getting heavy. I had to put them down so I hung them up on the door in front of the dressing room and someone comes running over. Like didn't you hear me !???? Apparently you didn't!!! I said put them on the other side.!! This experience was so crazy I started, wondering if I was being Pranked .2I work in customer service and in sales so I understand completely maybe someone having a bad day, but this was so over the top. when you were trying to sell dresses that you can easily buy for far less because the quality is still cheap but the price tag is 400 and up it will behoove you to make the experience nice. read more

While the store was stocked with beautiful dresses and Brooke was absolutely AMAZING at working with the girls and picking the best dresses for them, check out with Molly was not pleasant. customer service is not her strong suit and maybe better fit working the floor or restocking dresses. this almost made me want to put back both dresses we were purchasing. read more

Poor customer service, my daughter and I were never greeted when we walked in the door, my daughter is a full figured young woman and, I had no idea where to look, already frustrated trying to find the right size when I finally found the sizes we needed, still no one ever came to even acknowledge us or assist us in picking out a prom dress. We chose a couple of dresses, I grabbed a couple walked to the back and had to find someone to help and I asked if my daughter could try on the dresses, this was the first time we had any interaction with an employee, then we went in the dressing room, I had to help zip her up and help her take off because it seemed to me that the employees were more concerned with the thinner customers trying on dresses. Needless to say we didn't find a dress, had the worst experience ever and we even drove 3 hours to be treated so bad. Fortunately someone recommended a store in Dallas that provided us with exceptional service! read more

The air conditioner was struggling so it was a very hot day to be trying on dresses. The ladies were still friendly. A good idea would have been to have small cold water bottles to offer customers. Alexa was running back and forth and extremely helpful to customers. There was another blond young lady who helped us and she was very nice. I did not get her name. We found the perfect dress. How anyone finds anything in this place is beyond me. I came in to this store with high hopes which quickly faded about 5 minutes after being there. The sales woman introduced herself I told her I was looking for my wedding reception gown which was 3 months out and I'm panicked about finding something she showed me the rows of the wedding gowns (even though I told them I wasn't looking for a wedding gown per say just a white evening gown) and she left me to browse alone. So I browsed found nothing this nice sweet blonde lady asked if she could help me and since NO ONE WAS helping me I told her what I needed- 30 seconds later the original woman came back in like a bat out of hell to "claim" me. She said follow me I'll show you- I followed her and when I finally found her in the sea of gowns she was already helping someone else. I came back to the blonde and told her hey I seriously need some help. So she tried to assist me. Of course the other girl reappeared as soon as she did. I kept showing her the dress I wanted to try on she said she had it but would come back with the exact opposite dress- everything she pulled for me was completely not what I was asking for. The only reason I'm giving this 2 instead of one stars is because the blonde girl wanted to help and the owner came in and seemed to be helpful but otherwise we left that store as fast as we could with no plans on returning. Unfortunately for them and the awful sales woman I went down the street to terry costa and bought my dream reception dress for $1400 from a very helpful sales woman. I had the most amazing experience at this GREAT boutique. Amber and Melissa were patient with my daughter and I. They chose dresses that were the perfect style for body type, height, and shape. They also walked us thru the store policy and process for buying one of their gowns. The shopping experience was like none other. We were there to browse but ended up buying a gown. First off, my daughter had a great experience in purchasing her prom dress... she is a senior this year and was excited to end her year in a gorgeous dress, plus accessories! Then the pandemic happened... pr got cancelled. I left a message on answering machine over three weeks ago and understood shops were closed due to pandemic. I followed up today to ask if any accommodations were being made for those who's prom got cancelled and Abby tells me owners have not gone in due to covid19, but was instructed that due to designers change in style, and CDC rules nothing is to be returned. I HATE throwing my title but, as a healthcare provider, I know for a fact CDC has no rules for returning clothes. There are pages on how to launder and manage those suspected clothes that have been exposed but nowhere do they say clothes can not be returned! When asked who was managing voice messages to inform their clients who are asking, Abby Informed me messages got lost. I recommended that the amount people pay for their dresses and accessories, that they could at least return calls and inform of accurate reasons for not accepting returns. I had already prepared that items would not be returned but not as presented by Abby. I understand no return policy but there are exceptions...many rules have been modified due to this pandemic. They have forever lost my business based on today's conversation with Abby and lack of courtesy to call clients back. read more

This was our first visit to this boutique. Holly helped us. She was very attentive and patient with us as my daughter tried on several prom dresses. After two hours of trying on dresses we found a winner! A bonus was that the designer for Jovani dresses was in the store that day for a trunk show and my daughter was able to meet her and take a photo with her since she ended up selecting a Jovani ball gown. I had no help from any employee. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and was stared at like I was going to steal something. Some looked at me and then kept cleaning and then continued to ignore me. There was a mother and daughter there looking as well and many employees gave them helpful advice and their undivided attention. I asked if they had another size that I could try on for a certain dress and the woman simply said we don't have any without even asking me what my size was or even trying to look if they had it, which they actually did. I will not be purchasing anything here and would rather go to Terry Costa which has a better range of dresses, prices, and more helpful and polite employees even though it is an hour away from me. read more

melissa is literally the worst custom service/sales associate i've ever came across in my life. i was in need of a prom dress and she didn't help at all. i asked her for a different size in a dress and it took her 20 minutes to bring one from the back. keep in mind the store had one other woman in there looking for a mother of the bride dress. there was a really sweet young employee who offered to help but melissa shut her down leaving me helpless. she was very rude and crossed a lot of boundaries. i explained i had surgery 3 months ago and made a very rude remark too. overall horrible sales associate. she should take up a different job field because she is certainly not a people person. if you're going to this location i would just not because i had no customer service in an empty store. imagine it being crowded. melissa i hope you know you lost our business in a span of 30 minutes. read more

I will go ahead and flat out say it; just because I'm a teenager doesn't mean you can treat me any less than an adult. I am truly disappointed in the service here. I came in looking for a specific dress that the Sherri Hill website said was at this particular location. The minute I walked in, the staff (or rather the two women working here) failed to welcome me, even after they looked straight at me. After trying to locate the dress on my own, I decided to ask one of the women working (might I add that no one asked if I needed assistance or anything & the store was nearly empty; it was just me and a pair of ladies). As I tried to explain to her what the dress looked like, she quickly shut me down in such a condescending way & said she couldn't tell without a picture. Promptly, I pulled out my phone to show her, but she ran off to help out the pair of women. At this point, I was starting to doubt if I should just leave or if I should just wait until she was done helping the other women. I stood and waited for help. At the time, I didn't realize that I was standing in close proximity to the other sales associate (I mainly didn't know, because she didn't offer to help me.) Once I realized she was wearing a name tag, I politely asked her if the store carried the dress. She said, "No, we don't." And that was it. She didn't offer to help me find an alternative dress, she didn't attempt to search the store, she didn't even say anything else. The short time I was there, they made me feel inferior, as if I was some sort of burden to their store. As a teenager, I've been stereotyped more times than I can count when I go shopping, just because the stores think that I won't buy anything since I'm a "cheap" teenager. Who are they to act like they are superior? Why do they feel the need to treat me as less of a customer based on their assumptions? Just to be clear, I was willing and ready to buy that $800 dress if it fit right. But, apparently, if I'm not adult,I won't buy anything & they don't have to treat me with respect and manners. Believe me when I say that it is taking a lot of self-restraint not to go on a full-blown rant. I was and still am thoroughly upset. All I will say is this; you work on commission, so don't act like you're doing me any favors. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere. read more
