I'm reaching out because I have a necklace that has tarnished despite being properly cared for. I never wore it in water, while working out, or to bed. I visited recently while shopping for my sisters birthday. I was driving by and noticed Kendra Scott's name on the building and got so excited to stop and see what great products I knew I'd find. You see I fell in love with the brand's products while attending a Dallas Cowboys game a while ago and loved seeing the brand partner with Target and later was thrilled to see Mrs.Kendra Scott herself on Shark Tank. The Yellow Rose store location did not disappoint! The staff is so welcoming and warm. They greeted me at the door and instantly began determining if I was a just looking or destination shopper. They offered me drinks and began to explain more about the over 160 store locations that serve customers as well as the newest brand extension: Yellow Rose. As a native Texan it felt like home. I made an instant connection with an associate who formerly lived in New York and moved here for family. She talked about family and Texas life and how excited she is to work for Kendra, having had recently met her, and being a part of the Dallas team. How rare it is to speak to someone who loves the people and place they work. She showed me so many items and asked more about my sister. She even showed me the next piece she would be getting and the range of great prices for items of various styles. The location offers onsite engraving as well to customize and level up the experience even more! As a third generation farm owner it felt like home. Yellow roses are symbols of friendship- that say "I care about our relationship" and I truly believe the brand and store embodies that here in Dallas. read more

I love Kendra Scott and this location is a neat little shop on the outskirts of West Village. Following a birthday brunch at Public School, I ventured into this store to redeem my birthday discount on a pair of earrings. This location, although fairly small, had a decent selection of earrings and I had to decide which pair I wanted to purchase. Employees were friendly and attentive. My family friends and I were promptly greeted upon entering the store and assistance was offered throughout my time in the store. The best part of my shopping trip besides the birthday discount was when I received a 20% off coupon that was valid for about 6 weeks following the time I received it. Disappointing that they aren't following the county guidelines. They have a mask required sign on the front of the building, yet an employee greets you with her mask on her chin telling people they don't need to wear masks. During my first visit to Dallas my amazing peep took me to the Kendra Scott boutique. Cute boutique with so many unique and reasonably priced items. They even had cookies and water out for customers. The customer service was also wonderful. I fell in love with the cutest stone necklace. Just was I was about the purchase my necklace, the associate told me about the 50% off birthday discount. Basically, you get half off an item during your bday months Um, yep I'll wait a few weeks to purchase. Since there wasn't a K. Scott boutique in Indiana at the time, the associate provided me with the email to make an telephone order when ready. So July rolls around and I shoot an email to the store. All I had to do was send a copy of my id then the associate called me and I purchased my necklace. Easy breezy! I received my necklace within a few days. Loved the packaging. First I have to say I've shopped at Kendra Scott for over 10 years now. I'm a member of several kendra groups and I'm well know in the groups. To me customer service is a must. This store lacks that. I went in looking for a gift and this particular African-american lady treated me in such a condescending way. I don't know if it was because I look hispanic and I'm a proud Puertorican but nobody should be treated that way. I will for sure avoid this store in the future. Nobody should feel that way when going to a store where they will spend money to get an item, which is not free. I'm sure that when Kendra created her company she didn't think about this type of people she has now working there. Hiring practices must be revisited. The customer profile of the people that shop Kendra Scott is varied and customer service should be professional, appropriate and friendly no matter of who the customer is. But I'm sure not all stores are like that, as I've visited other stores in the country. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Writing reviews, especially negative ones isn't my thing, but this can't go unnoticed. I had a package delivered with a fixed product to be picked up. On Monday January 17th, 2022 I spoke with a representative earlier in the day about picking it up in the evening. We discussed timing and I told her that I get off at 630 & could make there by 710. She told me that would be perfectly fine. I arrived exactly at 710 & there was a girl vacuuming right by the front door. I was motioning her to get closer so I could tell her that I was just picking up a package. She stood there & kept repeating we're closed. We literally stared at each other awkwardly for 15 seconds, she was waiting for me to walk away. She eventually walked to the back & sent someone else to the door asking what I needed. The initial girl brought the package and handed it to me saying "by the way, we close at 7" and closed the door not giving me a chance to explain the arrangement. My husband was standing there witnessing it all just as confused as I was. Kendra Scott has always kept the bar high for customer service, I don't know what happened with this location :( read more

I will never visit this Kendra Scott again. I wasn't acknowledged by a single sales associate the entire time I was in the store, and the store was not busy at all. I browsed for 30 minutes before deciding on something and walked around trying to get help for another 15 minutes. Literally stood in the middle of the store clearly seeking help and was outright ignored by multiple associates. They looked at me and quickly went to find something else to do. Worst experience I have had at a Kendra Scott. I ended up just putting what I wanted to buy down and walked out. My business will be going elsewhere from now on. read more

I called this store for a phone order. I had two items made through the color bar. I am OCD and I wanted gems that were similar in color. The sales associate was very friendly and professional. She sent me pictures of different gems and let me choose which ones I wanted. I was a little scared because one of my items was for Mother's Day and color bar items are final sale. I love Kendra Scott but this location not so much. It's always so so so crowded. As a result, you can barely browse the jewelry because it's in drawers and everyone is crowding around. The staff is hit or miss, and can often be friendly, but it's so crowded that you get minimal customer service. For example, I wanted to wear Kendra Scott jewelry in my wedding. Picking wedding jewelry should be an occasion, right? At this store, wrong. I got zero help from the staff, and rather pushed around by the other customers. I ended up ordering offline. My recommendation is either: go to this location at an off hour (although they are hard to come by here), order offline, or buy somewhere else that sells Kendra Scott, like Nordstrom. read more

When I envision my dream jewelry closet. I envision this store. I always have so much fun looking at all the jewelry. The colors are amazing. The top selling colors tend to sell out in the store and require that you go on wait list. But although this is a complaint.. it is also a good thing because it makes me feel like I am waiting for something rare! Prices for earrings tend to run $50-$100 but the top selling styles are only about $50-$65. Very affordable for something that really makes a statement. For this reason, I give it only (2) $$. BUT you can also find a $$$ on certain necklaces. ;) Just know walking in you will spend at least $50. The staff is very helpful and I love that you can invent jewelry in store using the color bar! The jewelry and store is beautiful, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the service I received. I received a voucher for a free pair of earrings and I wanted to buy another pair as well. The store was not busy at all and there were a few employees just standing there. I walked in the store (it is pretty tiny) and no one acknowledged me AT ALL which was pretty odd. Not even eye contact. Not I don't expect an a**-kissing, but a head nod or a "we will be with you shortly" would have been nice. Once someone finally decided to help me, I handed her my voucher and also asked about some specific collections I saw online. I am a big fan of Kendra Scott not only for the jewelry, but their consistent customer service as well. I have been into this location plenty of times and have never been dissapointed. I was actually in yesterday (for my birthday discount!) and the lady who helped me out was very attentive and helped me find what I ultimately wanted. She as well noticed I was wearing a Kendra small chain neckalce and offered to clean it and replace the chain (free of charge). They always seem to accomodate at their location with food and drinks. Yesterday they had cookies and wine for sipping and snacking pleasure. Great place to check out and very ideal location! Love this store and the employees there are very helpful and friendly. I purchased a necklace online and during my first wear, one of the clasps came undone, fell off and was nowhere to be found. Sadly, my new necklace was broken. I took it to the store in West Village hoping to find out where I could go to get a new clasp to repair my necklace and they gave me a brand new one right on the spot. Excellent service. I came in to return some expensive earrings that broke. The lady that helped me talked over me and was uninterested in really listening me. I felt bullied into getting a new pair of the same earrings instead getting a refund or being able to exchange them for something else. I was tentative that the same earrings would break, but she assured me that I was the Only person in 2 years who had ever returned this earring style, like It was my fault the earrings broke. My friend wanted a rose gold necklace and the woman helping us said that the option was not available, and that she would have to make it the color bar. She then brought back the Elisa pendant in rose quarts, not Rose gold like we had asked for. It's pretty rare I'll take a lunch to come out and shop around West Village since I work through most lunches. I walked in the store this afternoon to purchase a special birthday item for myself because I've been meaning to do so. I usually come to Kendra because it's the best and the jewelry is stunning. I did a full two laps around the store looking for that special item hoping someone could help me. As I understand there were a total of 2 other customers in the store being helped by 1 associate, another was looking through a book. I asked a simple question hoping it would spark her assistance, instead I received a snippy short reply of "they're over there upfront" and looked back down in the store book. I get if your looking and assisting your associate but I'm a customer too that would have like to at least received some sort of acknowledgment, not at my initiation, but the associates. This is by no means telling any employee how to do their job but I hope this is taken in constructive criticism and use this to improve customer relations. I won't be coming back to this location. My girlfriend has KS earrings in almost every color so I figured a necklace to be a no brainer. She was not a fan and was only informed of the policy upon my return to the store for my money back. Several times I have come in the girls were too busy texting and gossiping together to greet or assist me when I had a question.
