No Thanksgiving stuff on thanksgiving week!!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhh! On a better note every single worker was extremely nice and helped me look every where for even a hint of Thanksgiving stuff. I do find it insane on the week of Thanksgiving there is only Xmas stuff .. I was pleasantly surprised at all the customer service though and thus the 4 star review!!! I have been to this Target store twice. It's safe to say that I love it. I first visited this store after having shopped at Kohl's, which is practically next door. I was there to check out pajamas. This store has two entrances. The first time, I entered where the Starbucks cafe is. I managed to grab a beverage while shopping. I headed over to the phone accessories and loved what I saw. There is so much variety at decent prices. A male associate asked whether I needed help. I asked whether he had a USB C audio adapter. I saw a lightning audio adapter for iPhones, but not for Google Pixel phones. Sure enough, he went looking for one and found the last one that is made by Google. I asked how much it was. He had a scanner in his hand and scanned the barcode on the box that I was holding. It was $11, which was $3 cheaper than the iPhone version. Sweet! I went to pay for it. I was short on cash. I managed to put down $10 and pay for the rest with a credit card. Yay! The cashier was nice and I appreciated the accommodation. Today, I had to get a replacement band for my Fitbit Alta. I tend to go through them. My current one was cracked. I managed to get a purple one for $15, which is cheaper than the $40 Fitbit-branded version. I used the other store entrance. Naturally, I stopped by the chocolate section and picked up a couple of bags of Ghirardelli chocolates. They were limited Valentine's Day editions. I love the merchandise at this location. I seem to have spent hours browsing here. Customer service is stellar. It also doesn't hurt to have a Starbucks inside. There is plenty of parking no matter which side of the store you park at. I really like that I can order an item online and then pick it up in a Target store - no shipping fee!! I ordered a blender online and picked it up at this Target. There was a line at the guest services counter, but staff was helpful and quick. I was in and out of there in a flash with my new purchase. No worries & no hassles! This store is laid out like all other Target stores. It was neat and clean. There is a huge parking lot, pharmacy, optometry center, and snack area. It's not the closest Target to me, but I will definitely use it for all of my "ship to store" online purchases. read more

It was ok everything was jammed in a such small space, but I did find what I wanted. It wasn't messy just needs Organization.

So I am torn on this review due to the following. Here is the reason why I called to find some diapers for my daughter, size 7 pampers cruisers. The person whom kept answering the phone, would put me on hold. Every time she would say please hold, but no direction on what or who I was waiting for. Finally a gentlemen answer and said yes I will see if we have them. He found 7 packages and I only needed 5. So he gladly put them on customer side, which I drove to pick them up. The stores atmosphere seemed very laid back and the staff was some what helpful. I did ask for help finding some paper towels and ended up almost exiting the store until I realized they have two openings one on the back side and front. This target has a heck of a lot more stuff than other locations I have visited prior. I will say the restrooms and store was neatly organized. I would say my only pet peeve is clear communication. If you are gonna put someone on hold, explain what they are waiting for. It's a bit of drive for me to come to this location however if they keep having what I am looking for the drive will be no prob read more

Don't come here unless you want to waste your time. They should have a sign when you walk in that they don't take manufacturer coupons (even though it works when you scan the coupon). Today was the fourth day I have been out of my house since the pandemic. I have a premature baby along with asthma and anxiety. I do have a target account and have gotten delivery on multiple occasions. Sometimes 2-3 times a week. Like I said before, today was the fourth day that I ventured out because I just remolded my house and needed some baskets for the final touches. The woman working the SELF-CHECK OUT, not only came within 4 inches of me, touched my skin, caused an actual panic attack, I had to call my mother to come pick me up because I couldn't drive after what I had been through. I asked the woman to step away from me multiple times, but she wouldn't leave me alone and repeatedly interrupted me while I was "self checking out" because I didn't want anyone else touching my stuff. She grabbed my items, accused me of not scanning something, but she was wrong and after snatching the gun out of my hand, she over charged me for three different items and had to adjust it and then started rushing me. I asked her again to please leave me alone and let me shop in peace of ho harass some of the other people at the self check out registers, but she insisted on standing so close to me that I could smell her breath on my clothes and took my clothes off outside before entering my home. Needless to say, everything I purchased today is sitting on my front porch because she was all over me and my stuff. I also wear a body cam everywhere I go, I filed a police report as advised per my attorney after he reviewed my body cam. Insurance in case I test positive for Covid-19 or my daughter, because we never leave our house and the four times we have, we have actually followed city ordinance and kept our distance. Had I not been in a panicked state, because all I could think about was that she could literally kill my daughter by intruding my space, I would have called corporate right then and there in the store and had her removed from the floor. Furthermore, when my mother came to pick me up, she decided she needed groceries too, I had my shopping cart with all the items I just purchased, hopped in a line with a human checker because I didn't want anything to do with that woman and she literally left her post, to come ask me if I had paid for the stuff that she had just minutes before harassed me about. She then hovered over my 78 year old grandma and was trying to accuse me of something, shop lifting I suppose, but I don't think it had anything to do with her actually thinking there was any shop lifting going on, it more so seemed to me that I was the victim of harassment from a mentally unstable person, that became weirdly obsessive to get a reaction out of me. Congratulations to her, she gave me a full on panic attack. I will no longer be shopping with target. I have already canceled my delivery service and I'm quickly urging my friends, family, and everyone at the town meeting that I was a speaker at via zoom tonight. Tomorrow I am attending the Republican Dinner as a formal campaign manager for one of the officials and I will be sure to warn everyone about this particular target that caused physical and emotional harm, possibly even infected me, and bring up what precautions we can advise others to take to protect us from wasting hard earned money because you're too afraid to bring the stuff you had been fawning over online all morning inside. I'm absolutely livid!! This is my first time in 35 years ever leaving a bad review. I will be returning everything I purchased from target in the past 4 days which is well over 1000k and I will never be a customer of theirs for as long as I live! read more

The remodel/re-branding/re-organization of Target stores was a bad idea. I do not like using the word hate, but I absolutely hate what "they" have done to Target. I use to be a frequent shopper at Target, but not anymore. The store does not have anything to offer me. They got rid of popular and quality brands to bring in clothes that make you say hmmmm. Additionally, the inventory of each department has dropped significantly. Previous to the remodel Target stores had a flow to the store layout and departments. Not anymore. Case in point the Home section is on the right hand side of the store if you enter on the NW Hwy side, but the vacuums are clear on the other side of the store by groceries. The layout of the store along with the minimalist sterile hospital feel has me running from all Target stores. Next was the makeup department for a quick pickup, and I quickly noticed there is bare bones in this department. Not much inventory and I felt like I was in a sterile interrogation room. I am no longer a Target customer after three awful visits to newly remodeled stores due to the brands I have zero interest in, the terrible store layout, and this weird sterile hospital feel the moment you walk in the door. read more

RE: Compliment for Angela employee at Target at Medallion Dallas, TX store Good evening Target Management, When my husband and I arrived at Target on 6/16/21 in the afternoon we were wearing our dirty clothes because the evening before we were supposed to fly back home to CA  from Dallas  after  spending the weekend in Dallas attending our son's wedding.  Our flight was delayed, and delayed and then ultimately cancelled, yet Southwest refused to give us back our suitcases that were still at the airport, so we had no clothes or toiletries because everything we had for our trip home was packed in the suitcases and we had nothing. We needed everything from hair brushes, under arm deodorant, shirts, shorts, bra, underwear, socks, pajamas, and bathing suits.  I explained our unfortunate situation to Angela and that we were not flying home for another four days. She immediately became our "personal shopper "taking us all around the store and picking out the clothes that met our needs, would fit us, and look good on us.  She knew where to look in the store for the items and what sizes would fit us.  She saved us much time since she knew the merchandize well, how it would fit, where it was located, and she expressed empathy towards our unfortunate situation. With her help, we bought clothes to wear for the next four days for when our flight home was rescheduled for.  We spent $404.93 in clothes and toiletries and now that we are home, we still  enjoy wearing them because we like them.  Angela provided us with excellent customer service, time management skills, patience, plus professionalism with a friendly smile.   We highly recommend she gets a big raise, big bonus, a promotion, become the store trainer and also having her as an official Target personal shopper. Please share  a copy of this email with her, her manager and Headquarters for them to see what a STAR they have in Angela.  And especially congratulations to Angela for giving us exceptional service in our  most time of need!!! read more

My motto: If it is not at Target, then I don't need it! This Target is well kept and has all the basic necessities. They have good deals that are announced in their weekly advertisements. This location also has a Starbucks located inside, which is an added bonus. I like to grab a latte when I shop. The caffeine is a gift! Love this place! From the easy parking in the back of Medallion Center, to the clean, clear isles this place has me coming back time after time. Its never too packed....always stocked with exactly what I need, and prices are great! If ever there is something I MUST have and they don't have it...the friendly staff is more than willing to look it up at the Super Target which is literally a mile away (Skillman at Abrams). The Starbucks in this store does close at 9..while the rest of the store remains open later. Bummer....I need a good coffee buzz while I shop. Marcella (the manager) helped me on May 17th. I wanted to buy some contacts and Target had a coupon for 10% off. Well I came on my lunch break and it took her 1 hr and 30 mins to give me the discount and my contacts. She had no idea what she was doing and she was upset she had to put the coupon in. I had to stand right next her and show her how to ring it up! And I don't work for Target!! I was late to work at that point. She said it would take 5 business days for them to come in. I called on the 25th and I said where's my contacts? All she could say is I'll put a rush on it, check back Tuesday the 30th. I called on the 30th and talk to Jessica and she said the manager just ordered them the 25th!!! WTF!!!! If you screwed up just admin it!! This is my go to Target. It's close to home and well it's Target so it's a step up from the other big box retailers. This store can be confusing, though. There are two entrances one on each side. But only check outs on one. So if you park in the other lot you get to schlep your newly purchased items back through the store to the other side. If you forgot you parked on the other side you look like a dummy looking for your car because the parking lot doesn't look the same at all! Yes, I'm speaking from experience. Love itty bitty Target! In a world of super mega stores I love my little old Target in Medallion Center. It does not carry the full array that a Super Target boasts, but likewise you do not need a tram to get from Electronics to Juniors Swimwear. They still have all the cute new stuff--including the grey puffy skirt I just bought to wear with all my t-shirts this Summer--that the big Target has, just less of the groceries, auto care and sundries. I do not like the mega stores. I like my little Tom Thumb at Mockingbird and Abrams. I like my smaller Whole Foods better than the big new one on Park Lane--really liked the one that USED to be on Greenville, but the new one is closer. And I love my little Target. Tried to get a Starbucks drink in-store today at 3pm, but there seemed to be no one at the counter. I waited for ten minutes before asking the snack bar if anyone was working at the Starbucks. I tried to pay with my purchases today with my Red card today as I ALWAYS do. Transaction declined. I had to pay with my debit card instead, losing the 5% "discount" that they ADVERTISE. THEY PULL FROM THE SAME ACCOUNT, which has ~$5000 in it. Bait and switch! Fool me once, shame on you, elitist jerks. On a side note, I always went to Target pharmacy because they were one of the few in the area that had my prescriptions in stock. Now they are CVS! This is my favorite Target there is always good parking in the back lot. The store is always clean and they are always well stocked. The staff is always friendly and eager to help you find what your looking for. This store often has a much different variety of mens clothes that other stores in the area either don't have or have run out of. Target is target. Nothing new to review as it pertains to the store. The one gripe I have w/ Target has to do with the IN Target Starbucks locations. This is I also have noticed seems to span across literally EVERY Target that I've visited. In short, the Starbucks never seem to get it right. And I mean NEVER! The ice always is off, and the syrups for the frappes always either like too little or too much. Not sure what the discount is but perhaps corporate needs to partner w/ Starbucks better as it pertains to barista training. On a good note, staff is usually kind. read more

TEERGET!!! (SNL, anyone?) I freaking love this place. Seriously. It's hard to come by a Super Target in D-town but this smaller Target store has all the perks and a Super T without the massive parking lots and miles and wandering through spending more than you need to. I mean, who can walk out of Target without spending at least $40 more than you planned? This location also happens to have the best sales and clearance selections with decent and normal sizes. Mediums galore! I love their men's department for my beau and they have just enough grocery and home offerings to make this my fave one stop shop. read more

I like this store because parking is always available and the selection for what I want to buy is always good. The prices are quite reasonable too.
