It's special, it's pricey. So go ahead, management, train the staff to be excellent salespeople and have them walk out your door with lots of product and glowing reviews. When I brought in my return, I asked if someone could assist me this time. They had a wonderful person spend several minutes helping me find jeans. Unfortunately, they turned out to be way too long.
