Well, this Lady noticed that I was struggling as I was trying to decide which pair of pants to buy. She took charge and advised me of possible choices that were better fits for my type of body. Man, I never expected this type of service at a Macy's! During my fitting, Divina would bring me sweaters that would go with the pants that I was trying out. Let me tell you, this Lady knows style!!! I initially came for the A2Kicks shoe store, but stayed for the pastry shop and Gordita's restaurant. The food is authentic and full of flavor. The red velvet cookies from Lorena's Cakes were soft, flavorful and delicious. I want more. Everything in the plaza is reasonably priced, and the entrepreneurs give service with a smile. The vibe is great for all ages.

I love Target, and so when we moved to Garland TX, it was one of the places I had to look up to see where the closest one was. There aren't as many Targets as there are Walmarts but I am glad this is one of the that is somewhat close. This Target is clean, organized and it was pretty quiet. They have more selections since they are bigger and also there are a lot of workers. Their fresh food and food section is also bigger. Also has a Starbuck's inside but I'm sure most Targets do now. Overall, nothing to complain about!

If I have one or two items sure I'll use it. But if I have a ton of stuff., no way i'm going to use self-check out. I still love Target though.

I was hesitant to go today, but I needed bread, it's on the way home and it was 2:30 in the afternoon. The last time I was there about 6 months ago, I was asked for money. I was hoping it's gotten better since then, but nope. I was looking in the baby section with nothing but bread and peanut butter in my basket, and sure enough, a woman comes up to me asking for some money. I am a self reliant college student with a wife and a baby. I do not have any more money to give, I barely have enough for myself. That's why I volunteer instead of donate; I can't afford to donate money. I'm just so tired of going into a Wal-Mart, knowing people are going to be asking me for money I don't have. I told her of a charity I volunteer for called the bridge over in Dallas that might be able to help her, but she wasn't interested. Wants money, but doesn't want help. So frustrating.

At this point, this is extremely concerning. The service and the quality of the products at this store seem to have gotten worse and worse. Someone is being paid to stock these shelves and check the products, yet expired food is apparently being left on the shelves for customers to purchase. How does a customer buy one expired product, return it, and then immediately purchase another product that is also expired? That suggests there is a serious lack of attention and quality control happening in this store. I highly do not recommend shopping here. Customers should not have to check every single expiration date themselves just to make sure they aren't purchasing food that is months past its expiration date. Walmart needs to do better when it comes to the products being sold and the service customers are receiving.

It is hard to rate Town East Mall when there are so many great franchises that reside in this…read moreestablishment. The reason for the low rating is that the management does not value the money the franchises are giving them by using some of the money to keep up the grounds which includes security and managing the restrooms. Is there security, yes. Are they helpful, no. They either stand up as a group and chat or sit in their vehicle rather than patrolling the grounds and deterring bad behavior. Moreover, the restrooms are out of order, with no regular maintenance to ensure they stay clean and well stocked. (See pictures of how the men's restroom looked for the week of Black Friday and how much worse it got by the Christmas holidays.) I feel the store options in this mall is top quality, yet the management needs to pay more attention to keeping the grounds up which includes expectations for the security staff they hire. Do more for the people, Town East Mall management team? We deserve for our community similar events that North Park Mall and the Galleria offer their guests.
