Brandy and Jolie were great in assisting me while I was making my purchases. I bought more than what I could carry in the store, so they helped me by putting the candles by the register. The front door greeter was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after that initial greeting, no one asked if I needed help during my time in the store. Because of the service alone, I will intentionally drive out of my way to shop at a different location in the future. I enjoy the products, but customer service matters, and I don't want to shop somewhere I feel unwanted.
