The front door greeter was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after that initial greeting, no one asked if I needed help during my time in the store. When I checked out, the cashier, Janet, was noticeably unfriendly and seemed bothered by my presence. Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Because of the service alone, I will intentionally drive out of my way to shop at a different location in the future. I enjoy the products, but customer service matters, and I don't want to shop somewhere I feel unwanted.

This appointment was useless. I've been here before and don't know really why I went back except…read morethey were close to my residence. I feel like I just wasted my money on this appointment. Went in for what I though was a splinter. I was told I would have to go to an orthopedist for the removal since it was a cyst. They were also going to prescribe some medication for my eyelashes falling out but wanted my eye doctor to approve since I have glaucoma. When I asked for a form to send my eye doctor for his approval, the doctor then met me at the exit desk and whispered that the medication may cause some damage to my glaucoma.
