When we arrived at NorthPark, she went to get tickets while I went to Lush. The first thing you notice when you walk is a large number of sales associates so it was easy to find someone to explain my situation. There was a large selection of hand and body lotions. The sales associate and I talked about quite a few but I still had questions so she went to get someone who I assumed was a manager. I was leaning toward a hand product with aloe but she said it had a lot of citrus and may sting. She recommended a body lotion with oat milk. So I bought a small container of that. It worked wonders! The wife said that the pain disappeared immediately. It was soothing and she loved it. I really appreciate the care and personal attention that I received. Good customer service is so hard to find these days, so Lush really came through for us and that is why I give them 5 stars.

This is my go to beauty supply store for the past 6 years. They always have what i need at a reasonable price. Today the younger lady followed me and then acted like she was looking at merchandise. I stared at her and when she realized I knew she was following me, she walked back to her register. I checked out immediately to get out of this situation and she looked up expecting me to check out with her. No ma'am! Walked right past and checked out with someone else.
