I did feel a little weird because It was my first time selling clothing but both the girls that assisted me where super friendly and welcoming. I felt a little nervous that they might not take anything but to my surprise they did! The items that they didn't take they didn't make me feel bad about it and it was OKAY I got to donate the rest. They took more than half of my stuff which felt great- obviously you are not going to get what you originally pay for which they disclose that and more information prior to taking your items, at the end of the day they are a business and have to make a profit as well. If you are the type of person that wants to get close to what you pay for your stuff then maybe this isn't the place for you to sell. People that get upset because their items aren't taken or you aren't offered what you want are crazy. Girl just say okay thank you and have a garage sale or something no need to get upset. I understand that you work hard for your stuff, personally I wouldn't bring things that were "expensive" and "luxury" items because I know I won't get anything close to what I paid for (insert smiley face here). Over all I had a great experience and although I didn't shop here the store looked fully stocked and organized. I think it's great for other people to be able to purchase gently used items at an affordable price. Defenitely recommend coming to this location to shop and sell

I'd like to note that my review is based solely on my experience attempting to sell items, not on shopping at the store. I spent over 40 minutes at this location trying to sell a large tote full of clothes and shoes. In the end, they only offered me $8 total for two items - a pair of American Eagle jeans and a pair of snakeskin booties, both in like-new condition. When I initially submitted my items around 2:00 PM, I was told that if I stayed in the store, my items would be prioritized and the process would take approximately 15-20 minutes. However, if I left, I was told my items would continue to be bumped to the bottom of the list, there would be no estimated completion time, and I would likely not receive a text until later that evening to come and collect my items. After waiting about 35 minutes, I finally approached the counter to ask for an update. It was only then that my ticket was processed and I was given an offer. Even after that, I had to wait another five minutes before everything was completed. In my opinion, the process felt unnecessarily drawn out. It's clearly designed to encourage customers to browse the store, with hopes that all of the money/offer stays in house. Smart marketing tactic on their part, but an inconvenience for customers. If you're looking to resell clothing items, I recommend trying a platform like Poshmark instead, where you have more control over pricing and aren't left waiting around for an offer that may be far below what you expected.

I enjoy a large variety when shopping cause you never know what your on the mood for. The music was pretty down-to-earth and got the theme of the store. One con is that you definitely need to be able to have outfits in mind to match and pair different items. I do not have that talent so I make sure to bring family that does so I can get good outfits. Overall, it's a great store for casual attire.

Yvette Robinson is the Asset Protection Manager at this Macy's location and she is very paranoid about anyone who comes in there with a purse or any type of bag. I do not like this place, I have had friends that have worked with her, and they have told me about how childish and unprofessional she can be. Also I heard that she can be very rude and disrespectful to people on the job and very intimidating. I would not give these people any of my damn money, for as long as I'm told that she works there. Getting people locked up to make a few dollars is not a very honorable job to have anyway. I also say the same thing about the police.....I would strongly recommend that you spend your money elsewhere, because this fucking lady thinks damn near everyone coming in there is a thief. She needs to mature, and she thinks that just because she has a husband that is a Dallas police officer, that other people have to bow down to her as if she's some type of fucking God.
