Shopping at Versace is a first class boutique shopping experience without a doubt! The service here is above and beyond, matching the high expectations one has when you hear the Versace name. This boutique has an amazing selection, yet in no way does it feel cluttered at all. It's quite the opposite really, in that it is rather spacious. Our sales rep was welcoming and very helpful with the purchase. However, at checkout, another sales rep/maybe team lead had completed the transaction checkout. He snidely made a remark about people standing in line at the Gucci store next door; referring to them as people with "low urban I.Q.'s, you know they have a herd mentality"...This caused a significant pause and was very distasteful. No matter who or what chooses to shop at high end retailers; you still should treat everyone the same. You never know who you're talking to...condescending remarks shows a lack of intelligence and confidence. This did not represent Versace well at all - at Northpark mall...smh. read more

Recently remodeled location in Dallas's upscale Northpark Center with great mosaics weaving through the boutique. Boutique is on the smaller side but has a good selection of mainline pieces for both men and women with plenty of accessories. They also had a fairly good showing of Collection items as well. Who doesn't love VERSACE! Excellent selection for men and women, of course I'm more interested in the men's selection lol. They devote half the store to men's ware and accessories. Helpful staff. While shopping, I saw several people from many different walks of life, and Everyone was treated the same. Everyone was spoken to and asked to be helped and were helped. The staff is very knowledgeable of their brand and the history of the brand. Very impressed with this Versace. read more

You would think that the store manager would put policies in place that their sales staff not be on their personal cell phones; literally when we walked in all but one of the sales staff was on their personal cel phones texting, all WHILE waiting on customers. Maybe they were all communicating to Versace management, but I do know it was rude from the outside looking in; Love the merchandise though. read more

Overall the buying experience was fine. I was annoyed when I got home and realized that they had given me a 'used' bag that was ripped and in poor condition. Obviously the bag was only to carry the merchandise, but it left a bad taste in my mouth--when you go to luxury stores you want the entire experience, and that includes the bag they put your merchandise in. I'd like the GM to take note and ensure this doesn't happen to any other paying customers. read more

On Oct.28, 2018 I entered the Versace store. I browsed the store with my daughter and husband and was constantly being watch. I finally decided to purchase 1 bottle of perfume and 2 bottles of cologne. Prior to purchase I asked the sales rep to assist me with the belts. She told me what my size maybe and walked off. I looked and attempted to tell her there were no sizes on the belts but she was gone. She went and stood back by the shoes helping no one. I made my purchase and I saw her standing in the door way with the general manager and I asked her was she still going to help me. She looked and as I walked off she then replied with an attitude that she was busy..I asked if she was still busy and she said EXCUSE me!!! I repeated myself. Now at this particular time we may have been 10 feet away from one another. The store rep then walked about 5 inches from my face and started being disrespectful..and threatened to call security..however, she was the aggressor. THE GENERAL MANAGER literally put his hands on her shoulder to stop her from progressing any further towards me. He also yelled to her That's ENOUGH!!! We walked out store and seconds later my husband walked back in and asked for a refund. My husband got an apology from the General Manager however when my husband said he wanted to return the merchandise..he was told we could ONLY get a store credit. There was no visible sign stating NO refunds. No one said prior to purchase no REFUNDS. Now on the receipt it states NO REFUNDS..however we should have know that prior to purchase. We have no plans on ever returning to this store. This is a store that we frequent at least 6 times a month but that will change TODAY. We are asking that we get a full refund because of the store rep disrespectful attitude and demeanor. The constant watching and assuming that we were attempting theft is embarrassing...and I will no longer tolerate being disrespected at that store. Versace has lost a very loyal customer. I wish I could rate the store lower but since one star is the lowest..they got it ONLY because of the GENERAL MANAGER apology. Sent from my iPhone read more

You can expect to be greeted and treated with true professionalism at this location. While I will only buy something here once or twice a year, they offer a very nice line of overall clothing apparel from shoes, clothes and belts. read more

Went there yesterday to return or exchange a gift that I didn't like with my receipt! They refused to get the money back or do anything about it... why? Because it was purchased online...tall white dude said "oh our online policy is different from in store policy" huh? something that's really valuable you cannot even exchange it at this store. The other staff were on their phones felt that they wanted me outta there...Dude was like oh you can refund it and money goes to recipient. This place is hilarious! The store is very well lit! (Inside joke) the staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable about the product. They actually take time and provide a level of service that is nearly nonexistent in most stores nowadays. If you're in the area, stop in and grab one of those robes that are super fluffy and comfortable. read more
