I had some tears in my car's leather seats so I had this company perform the repairs. Fransisco comes to your house, picks up the seat cushions (he takes them out himself) and then returns them and reinstalls them. First the pros: the repairs are like it never even happened (see attached photos). It is convenient that he comes to your house, you don't have to take it to a shop. Fransisco is very reasonable with price and is very easy to work with. Cons: He was late in when he came to pick up the seats. The window was 11-3 and he showed up at 4. Had I known he was running late I would've been able to do some things as opposed to waiting at the house for him. When he did show up he couldn't take one of my seats because his van was too full, so he had to come back the following day anyway. When removing a seat Fransico broke a bracket cover, but was very ok with deducting the replacement cost ($20) from the bill. He also flipped a bolt around with the seat belt, causing the belt to twist and be uncomfortable to use. He fixed all these things, but it would have been nice if they hadn't needed fixing in the first place. Thus the deduction of a star.

If you are looking for cutting edge designers, this is a top destination in Dallas. I was really impressed with how well-dressed all the employees were. They know their stuff and the power of expression through fashion. These are definitely my people. They want you to make an appointment to shop here but there's no one inside. The destitute situation in downtown Dallas also makes it seem depressing; who wants to shop in a store with no customers inside (since they won't let them in without an appointment) and then buy a $2k Rabanne dress with desperate homeless people outside? The security is fierce. I guess they need to be.

After scratching the leather in the heels (when…read moreoriginally coming in to replace the heel tip)...it took several months to get it back because the leather they ordered came from Italy. Not only was the quality not the greatest...they ended up replacing the heel without acknowledging they broke or damaged the previous heels. They replaced it with a thicker heel and the red on the soles of the heel don't even line up correctly and can tell the gap. In addition, the soles are ruined from the hack job of replacing the heel. Long story short - I have some evidence suggesting that Mr. Taylor's account has been hacked and none of these messages are from him. I talked to people familiar with Mr. Taylor and his business. He is currently away from the store and isn't super familiar with the inner workings of Instagram. I was very skeptical at first but I now think that this may be a case of a weak password and some savvy hackers. The messages people are receiving from this account are awful and sexist. I've been told that this Instagram account will soon be shut down and disassociated with this store. It seems, from some of the non-Instagram reviews on here, that Mr. Taylor has been running a decent business for a while. Here's to hoping that this is a case of technological-ineptitude and not disgusting lechery. Giving you one last shot Mr. Taylor!

When I tell you the guy at the front gave us the WORST stank attitude when we came in. He literally, LITERALLY began walking away as we were talking to him. LITERALLY!!! I mean, come on! He was talking over us and literally cut us off mid-sentence. Maybe we didn't look like we had enough money to be in this area? Maybe we still had garlic on our breath from Mi Cocina? Maybe if I would've dropped our "titles" we would've gotten at least eye-contact? Maybe we should've flashed the BMW key chain? I don't know... All I know is it was shocking... My guy turned to me in disbelief and I took his hand and walked out.
