The manager was very kind and help load the flooring on my trailer even though I had told her that she didn't have to help. you get two stars for the fork lift drivers attitude. Fork lift driver attitude is not exceptional service. I have had metal roofing and siding loaded on the same trailer by using straps under the material. Then straps can be removed after the material is on the trailer. LL needs to think about using this method.

We've sent purchased an antique cabinet that we use at use as a coffee bar and two light fixtures. All the furniture in the store is absolutely adorable and has been given TLC. The people in the store however are what makes this experience so amazing. Everyone in the store is as invested in finding you what you're looking for as you are without being pushy. The gentleman who delivered the cabinet whose name is John pointed out that it was a little wobbly and could benefit from some reinforcements. He told us what we needed to buy and how to reinforce it ($5 and 10 min of our time). We intended to do this ourselves. To our surprise however he rang our doorbell the next day and said he just didn't feel right leaving us with a wobbly cabinet. He came back with all the materials and reinforced the cabinet for us and didn't want a dime from us. It's this kind of customer service that has made me a lifelong customer of the Shoppe.
