Large store, great selection, friendly staff. Much more open than typical mall store.

Store layout is open and spacious. I love that this store is not small, cramped and overstocked like other Athleta stores in Dallas. The staff is also diverse in terms of shape and body size. So important to see body diversity when shopping for body conscious clothing. read more

This is my first time ever shopping at Athleta. I was greeted by Heath, I explained what I was looking for and help grabbed a few pair of pants for me. He was very attentive. As I tried on pants he gave honest feedback. I will return to buy more for the summer. read more

Customer service is everything. I rarely write reviews on actual products, I almost always write on service, both good and bad. This is the very first ATHLETA store I've ever been in. I walked in and was the only customer, the two girls working didn't even acknowledge my entrance or exit. A hello, an acknowledgement, is a huge thing, especially when the store is dead empty. Not only was the service non-existent, the quality of the material wasn't worth the price. You can't charge the same price as Lululemon when the quality just isn't as good. Everyone is always helpful and enthusiastic but Meredith is my go to girl! She is the sweetest thing and has made the best recommendations for apparel that will fit me best and serve its purpose in my sport the most. If I could leave less than one star, I would. Went in over the weekend. Store is new, well organized, and clean. Employees are cold, unfriendly, and not helpful. Not one person greeted me, spoke to me, helped me, or acknowledged me in any form or fashion. If you don't look like a Highland Park Housefrau, prepare to be ignored. Very friendly and helpful, proactive about starting a fitting room etc. plenty of parking even this week before Christmas! I went to pick up my race packet at this location and found the staff to be really helpful. I had a couple of questions regarding my packet pick up prior to arriving and she obliged and got my questions answered before I trekked all the way out there. The store is very clean and organized but parking is limited and the parking garage around the corner is confusing. The items are definitely pricey. I was also surprised that no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. Yes, I was there for my packet but I did walk around the store afterwards as a curious customer. It was near closing time so that may have been a factor but something to work on. read more

Just had a great experience with a return, they were fast and great. They even honored a lower price for an exchange I was doing.

Customer service was not good. No one greeted me when I walked in or ever asked if I was doing okay. I even tried something on and came out and the girl that was in the dressing room didn't even acknowledge me. I really like athleta, but will be taking my business elsewhere. Really makes me not want to buy something from them ever again. A simple hello and asking if I'm doing okay really would go a long way. read more
