Recently my hubby started working in Dallas again & needed all new white dress shirts. The only kind he likes is the classic white RL button down. It's his fave. He likes to wear all kinds of shirts, even custom ones but the classic RL white button down is so versatile & they fit his build perfectly without alterations. There are several Ralph Lauren stand alone stores ranging from an outlet store in Allen, to an outdoor retail center shop at West Village to an indoor mall store at Northpark Center, however, the Dallas flagship, located at Highland Village, is the primary lifestyle store. A two story shop, it is complete with a men's and women's casual and finer wear department on the first floor and on the second floor, a home furnishings department can be categorized as simply decadent. Items ranging from every type of furniture, from living room to bedroom are available for purchase and the styles change seasonally. One area is dedicated to china, drinking glasses and serving pieces and several of the "rooms" are decorated with the latest offerings, which results in one wanting to lift the exact room and place it in ones home. Prices can be affordable at the end of the season, when the floor furniture collection is sold at 50% off and later, at 70% off. Even if you have no intention of making a purchase, the layout ideas offered by the design rooms provide for ideas when updating ones home. I visited this store for the first time on Wednesday July 19, 2019. I called earlier that day and spoke with Lawana to put some RL canvas sneakers on hold for me that I couldn't find anywhere else. She was very kind and professional over the phone. Once I arrived in the store, I was amazed at how friendly, kind, helpful and professional each person that I encountered there. Everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable with being at their store. One of the ladies even offered me some water; I mean the customer service there was above and beyond exceptional! Although the drive is quite far, I would be more than happy to travel the distance for my shopping trip just based off the warmth and kindness that I received while there. Thank you everyone! It's not cheap here, but if you know what you want or are looking for, then it won't be much of a surprise to you and the only thing to really judge is the customer service. Customer service here is awesome. I worked with a menswear specialist named Shawn, who helped me out with a Black Label made-to-measure suit. I can't say anything bad about the experience here. However, it's probably worth noting that this is the only Ralph Lauren store with Black Label/Purple Label in store. If you're looking to get a suit off the rack here, you should consider a MTM suit as it's not TOO much more in pricing. read more

Polo Ralph Lauren at ALLEN Outlet Mall is fabulous! As good as it gets is right! No doubt, the BEST prices available. Even better prices than online for Ralph Lauren. Love the store and the prices that go along with it. They have a big selection and it isn't all of the out of season or out of fashion stuff. Its brand new styles, current season at very good prices. Honestly, I don't know how they do it. I'm a Polo fan, and now that is the only place I shop. Its a bit of a drive to Allen, but worth every minute for these great deals. read more

Honestly, I have never had bad customer service at a Ralph Lauren store, whether it be the flagship store in New York City, the store at Tyson's Galleria in Virginia, their store in Georgetown, and the one I frequent the most in Dallas, Texas. I don't spend a lot of money here. Usually, it's bed linens, coffee table books and a few things for the house. But the staff knows me by name and treat me as though I spend thousands.
