I contacted customer service twice -- once via chat and once by phone. Both representatives repeated the same scripted response: return it. The phone representative was dismissive, audibly annoyed, and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as though expecting basic quality control was unreasonable. A global retailer should not be reselling damaged returned merchandise without proper inspection. And if this reflects broader fulfillment practices, that is deeply concerning. A quick search of Zara reviews shows that complaints about inconsistent quality and poor customer service are not new. Unfortunately, I can now confirm this firsthand.
