I explained that I had two bags of well-maintained, name-brand children's shoes to consign. She told me they only accept "brand new" items, which was confusing given that this is a consignment store. When I tried to clarify what she meant, she was dismissive and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. My items were not formally declined. I chose to leave with them because the interaction was so condescending and unhelpful. I would rather donate them to someone in need than continue a transaction with an employee who treated me that way. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as either a consignor or a customer.

There isn't isle space for a stroller or restrooms so just a heads up on those things. They are open to the public but I believe prices are higher. If you're a wholesaler, I think you have to purchase $50+ in order to use the wholesale discount (that's what I remember anyway). There are CLOTHES everywhere. Literally lol. They are all separately bagged in plastic and you aren't allowed to open the bags. They have examples of what's in the bags hanging from the ceiling. If you don't see something, just ask. They are usually super helpful and will point to what you're looking for, or they'll open the bag for you to see. The staff is helpful, but they're also running around grabbing items because of online orders, so they aren't able to have "small talk", but they are helpful if you need them. Go in with a plan (if you can), otherwise it's a little overwhelming. Either way, if you're looking for items to stock a kids clothing boutique and don't know where to start, come here first!
