Love this store and the beautiful western wear. Staff was super helpful and so nice and attentive. Didi was great with the scarf lesson! Carolyn was such a sweet assistant for the clothes shopping. Now I know why the crew from Yellowstone shopped here. read more

Employees aren't knowledgeable. It's a pity because their merchandise is fabulous! Pinto Ranch & Stallion boots would be wise to educate their employees on how to fit their boots. read more

The worst customer service! Would rate it lower if they would even respond. Their website will not accept gift cards!

The original skirt I ordered was not in stock and customer service was very attentive about letting me know and then helping me replace it with a different one. read more

Got new vest and shirt for Texas wedding. Only place I could find that had leather vest. Great high end Cowboy apparel with good pricing.

My sister is a country music addict. She has been to Stagecoach, multiple concerts, own multiple records and follow tons of country tweets. She's also my absolute best friend. So, with her addiction to country music and her cowboy boots I got her for her bday. I wanted to get a cowboy hat from Texas. This is the only country style store in this place. When you walk in... You're in a country barn... Thy have Texas stuff (sports teams), cowboy gear and the stereotypes of country people (yes... Ugly cowhide vests). My sister would had loved this haha In the back, all hats ranging from $35 to $700. I was going to buy the $80 ones but she told me she would wear it once in a blue moon. So I opted for the cheaper but better quality one. For some reason, the quality felt better on the $35 one than the $80 one... I was surprised but they also looked like Crocodile Dundee's hat for some. So I got a def cowboy hat with design on it. Someone helped a bit but I felt a bit like sales were based on commission but oh well. The manager was nice. Rang me up and we had small talk. This place is nice. Kinda pricey but only cowboy store nearby me. So all good. Got my sister a hat! Yeeeeeee-Haw! read more

If you're ready to pamper yourself with the best luxurious cowboy gear that money can buy, Pinto Ranch has got you covered. They have everything from handmade boots to stylish, but effortless clothing to children's toys. It's certainly an upscale boutique that caters to a niche market as the price range is suited for the upper class, but the layout of the store is thoughtful and my boyfriend and I snapped quite a bit of selfies with all the Texas themed paraphernalia. I had a lot of fun at the store and while during this trip the items were out of my price range, I hope to return one day to make a purchase! read more

Ask for Beverly Field, the sales associate, she is my new HOME GIRL!!! I was on a hunt for really nice black boots, the kind I can go country dancing in. Dancing is a huge passion of mine and it's my therapy, so finding the right boot is important to me. I wanted to treat myself to a hand made boot and I thought that Lucchese's were the ultimate brand until I learned of the Stallion brand. Stallions are the next level hand made boot and I was told Pinto Ranch sold them. I was blessed to have Beverly as my sales associate, her passion and knowledge was heart warming. She had ecstatic energy and was very attentive. She took time to find the perfect black boot & in the perfect size while answering all my questions. I have never experienced such amazing boot shopping in my life, she made me feel like family. The boots fit like a dream, as if they are apart of me. When I wear them I feel like I can take on the world. When it was time to buy them, I started dancing in the store. I was so happy, couldn't help myself. I can not wait to tear up the dance floor in these badass gorgeous boots!! I live in Southern California and I have to come to Dallas once a year for work. I've decided that I will buy a new pair from here each time I'm in town. Thank you so much Beverly!! You are my Boot Guardian Angel! See you next year!! read more

Great selection but I could have been much more pleased with better follow through on customer service. I made a special trip to the mall during this crazy season to track down a necklace that a family member wanted and I wanted to surprise her with. They had sold the one they had that my family member had seen. The sales consultant toook my number and said she would check into getting another one and give me a call and I am still awaiting that call a week later. I expect more from a place like this and am disappointed to say the least. read more

I ordered a shirt online, but the day before it was supposed to arrive they cancel the order. The shirt in the size that I ordered was still available on the website, so I contacted customer service. I received a rude reply and never got what I ordered! It's a shame because they carry great brands, but I'm done shopping at Pinto Ranch if this is how they treat customers. read more

Definitely didn't feel like I was in Northpark mall while in here! Which I totally loved. The salespeople were very kind and just kinda hung out while I was in there which I liked because I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I found quite a few things I wanted and really loved the store! Great establishment. read more

I wanted a pair of Old Gringos that saw online at Pinto Ranh. Unfortunately, it was unavailable to order, but the Houston location was the only store that had them . Fiona had the boots transferred the next day to North Park. Her customer service was great and she was very friendly!! Also, I received so many compliments on my boots! read more

Disappointed. Was told this was a store you could go into and be guaranteed you would find what you wanted. Looking for Luc. Roper style boots-only 7-8 styles in store. Limited colors and styles with salesperson who knew of no other options (I guess you can't order boots here). read more

I've been to the store several times, and love the merchandise they carry. Customer service is a whole other issue. I walked in today looking for a dressier western wear shirt to wear to an event tonight. I did some research ahead of time on their website and found a top I liked, but when I went into the store, they only had larger sizes left. After having to search for a sales associate, and finally finding one (a young girl) and making eye contact, I had to be the one to say "oh, you work here - can you help me?", to which she reluctantly took a break from unpacking and setting up Christmas ornaments. I asked her if there were additional sizes in the back, and she said "No. I would have to call another store and they are in Houston or Las Vegas." Oooo-kay. I had a couple of other shirts I was going to try on and asked her if I could do so, to which she pointed to the corner saying "the dressing rooms are over there." Oooo-kay again. Nice attitude. Not one time did anyone come to check on me or ask me how those worked out, even after I passed her in the store AGAIN. The older gentlemen who were working there didn't offer much help, either. Maybe because I wasn't in thte mens or boot section, or they just assumed she was helping me. Not sure, but it probably at least warranted a "how are you doing?" Disappointed. read more

Warning --- this store has a policy that does not give any cash back when you purchase products with a gift card. I had a $200 gift card as a present, purchased $191 worth and they refused to give me the balance in cash and said I would have to buy more which of course there is nothing in this store for less than $25 much less $10. It's not the money that's upsetting it's the poor customer service! read more

Selection was great. Selected several items for a birthday gift. Spent several hundred dollars. Evidently that wasn't enough as the sales people were rude and condescending. Left the store very unhappy. read more
