Your basic Lulu store. Kinda on the smaller side but they had what I needed. The staff was helpful and attentive. I'd definitely visit this location again but I'd prefer the north park location because it's much bigger. This location is perfect for running in and out if you're not already at the mall shopping. read more

I visited this location on a Friday around two or 3 PM. Not sure about the time but prior to me going to the store. I called to make sure they were doing the like new stuff. The person that responded to me was Chloe when she answered the phone. She was very nice and I thanked her for giving me information when I went to the store that same day I called and asked for her. She proceeded to roll her eyes and act like she didn't talk to me on the phone. She acted as if I was lost for asking for her. Once I asked about her. She helped me she didn't say welcome in. How can I help you? she didn't say how was your day she didn't ask what I needed when I walked in there. She looked at me once again, like I was lost during the whole process of her doing that like no stuff she didn't talk to me. She didn't have no conversation with me. She was opening my bag to see the stuff and she looked at it like it was disgusting like my clothes was dirty, just for the simple fact that I was Hispanic the way she was treating me was not the correct way she's so unprofessional. She stood up there didn't say a word to me. The only thing she said to me was to put my email so I could get my receipt, but that's about the only words that we crossed on top of that. There's a guy that came in. He was being very rude as well didn't say hi didn't welcome. Nobody, and they were just standing there looking at people like they were lost very rude. I don't understand how Lululemon lets people work there with being so unprofessional. I don't think Chloe should be working there. I also don't think that other guy should be working there they're both so rude specially if you're Hispanic, they're rude to you because I think that you don't know how to speak English everybody in the Lululemon location are so unprofessional. I don't know how they're still working there. I don't know how they even keep the business going with their rudeness. read more

Jess and Marissa were both so lovely! They went above and beyond to help me out and get all my hemming done be a I live 45 minutes from the store. I really appreciate both of you! The store was spotless and very well organized. read more

The people are rude and no help at all. Took my money elsewhere, literally because of customer service.

Please note I use they/them pronouns as I did not get their name or their preferred pronouns. This week (04/10) I went to this store and was refused an exchange. My dad's wife had bought me two leggings to try out as a just because gift. Unfortunately, they were so big that when I went to walk my dog, they slid down my legs to the point where I had to hold my leggings up with one hand and my dog's leash with the other. I didn't have my receipt because it was a gift. Despite sharing this with the associate, they refused to accept the return because my pants were "from 2021" when they were just purchased this year as I received them in March. When asked about the return policy, they kept saying "it recently changed" and "if you had an account with us, you would have accepted those new terms and conditions." Apparently the return policy changes on 04/15, so on 04/10, this policy of not accepting ID returns was not in effect. However, the associate lied and said it was "recently changed" and because I don't have an account or my dad's wife's account, I couldn't return them. I truly just wanted to exchange them for a size that fits and enjoy the leggings that my friends have come to know and love however he did not want me to have that shared experience. The way they spoke to me felt so demeaning that I was in near tears. Very grateful for the Legacy West location, who took care of the return no questions asked, got me set up with an account so I don't encounter this problem again and took the time to educate me, as any lululemon product I've received (two belt bags) have been gifts--super blessed with my friends! Doubtful I'll return to the Knox Henderson location due to the despicable behavior then what I later found out to be lies. Unsure why this associate expressed such malice towards me but it did not feel good and it was for sure unnecessary. Very unfortunate given this store's proximity to me. Definitely recommend the drive to the Legacy West location vs shopping here as they do not care about potential future customers or having empathy towards others. read more

I'm not originally from Dallas but boyfriend and I went on vacation to Dallas but we went to this location because I've never been to it before BUT this location is in a very bad location because car accidents happen. We were in that area and got into a car accident we didn't need any medical attention or to go to the hospital but boyfriend and I are very very very upset. read more

Service is like any Lulu store. The selection of clothes is great; they have a nice clearance section! That helps me with paying so much; but it's such nice quality! Lululemon on Knox-Henderson in Dallas is the one I'm referencing. read more

Service was good, want a more affordable selection. Will be testing out the leggings that were $150 compared to my target leggings that were $25. read more

This location is always crowded AF. The staff is nice, but everyone in Dallas who refuses to wear a mask seems to shop here.

Always the best store and best apparel ever. Super friendly service and quick as well. Great store!

Absolute shout out to lulu for giving a discount to health care workers !!! What???????

Absolutely loved it here! The customer service was at the top and the selection was great. It was my first time in and I wasnt sure if I could fit anything. The staff assured me that I could fit something and I fell in love with the align pants in 7/8 length! They were super stretchy and oh so comfy! I felt like I could live in them! I just wish that the prices were a little bit lower with the aligns starting at $98! Ouch! But, it will have to be something I save up for, for sure as the pants and service were awesome! Thanks for a great first and hopefully not last experience Lulu!! read more

What a FABULOUS addition to Knox Street. I love Lululemon but having to tackle the Northpark or Galleria crowd to visit. Enter, Knox Street! Lululemon's latest Dallas location which is nestled on the corner of Cole and Knox, right across from Starbucks. It is decent sized, stocked with everything you could ever want to have a fun and fashionable workout and the staff is super friendly. Be sure to look at the pictures on the walls, they are of the stores ambassadors. Ambassadors are local, sport gurus in different areas like pilates and yoga so you may see your favorite instructor on the wall! read more

2.5 stars really. The good: Love the product. Great fit and wears well. Selena was very helpful. The bad: They never have mediums. I mean never. Every time they check for me they can barely find them within Dallas. The closest store that had any medium size shorts was in Houston. How are you constantly this incompetent with your stock? The staff is LOUD! I don't mean people talking regularly. A staff of five women yelling like they're at a bachelorette party. I could hardly concentrate in the fitting room. The hackling laughing and screaming didn't stop for 30 minutes. There was never a break once, and then as I was leaving some woman walked in with her dog and all five girls started screaming oh my God the dog is so cute like oh my god! all at the same time and this went on for what felt like an hour as I was checking out. To give you an idea how loud they were I couldn't even hear the woman checking me out at the register. She had to yell at me to figure out what she was saying over the girls screaming. It was piercing. Lastly they never have sales and their clothes are VERY expensive! Good quality so yes you get what you pay for but you REALLLLLLY PAY. AWFUL! read more

The management team for Lululemon Knox Street did not require all customers to wear masks. Seemed like if you are white and blonde, management just let you walk around the store with no mask, yelling at people about a "medical diagnosis" that doesn't require you to wear a mask. standing outside in line to buy $300-$400 worth of pants because the store is worried about CoVID is a waste of time when you get inside to see customers without a mask. We will take our business & money to stores who treat all customers equally. read more

Staff was friendly and helpful, HOWEVER, a girl shopping had NO MASK. ONE employee asked her to put her mask on and she said she had a "medical condition" and they still let her shop and checkout. Not sure how this is safe for ALL the other costumers. Fiancè had $400 worth of pants to purchase but we left without because we didn't feel comfortable. read more

Friendly staff and great clothes I wish it was staffed with more people though it can get crowded and sometimes it's hard to find someone to help out with questions read more

I shop here sometimes but I'm definitely going to more now just because of the customer service. I was frustrated because something happened to a pair of leggings that I just bought and got hemmed. I don't know if something happened to them when they were hemmed or what but I'm thankful they did an exchange so I could get the same pair that had no damage! Really love the staff! God bless!! read more

I love this Lululemon they always seem to have what your looking however if your looking for a define this isn't the place they also are a smaller store so not the biggest selection but the customer service is nice read more

I really wanted to be excited about the opening of this store, But after two tried attempts and visits I've decided "no more!" With the prices for the clothing as high as they are, You think the customer service would be raised a few bars. But each and every time I've paid a little visit, To this specific location I always regret it. I tried on a jacket and a backpack that I liked a few weeks ago, But to get any help from any of the employees I had to scream out "HEY YO!!" With four employees working inside a small empty store, You would think the service would be better, that's for sure! So after receiving absolutely zero help from any of the staff, I left completely upset, feeling ignored and all I could do was laugh. Cause they just lost money and it's a brand new store, They really should pay attention to their customer service more. And on my second attempt to receive these articles, I sent in my partner with my size and specific order. But he soon found out that's its difficult to get, Anyone to help you unless you throw a fit. He couldn't get any help so he just searched for the stuff himself, But couldn't find the correct size and had to basically beg for help. He asked the girls if they could find my size by calling another Lulelemon store, But said "forget it. I'll do it myself," when she acted like it was a chore. As one of the top ranked Dukes in Dallas I would definitely have to say, After experiences like that it's no question for all you to stay away. read more

I've been to this location a few times (3-4) I've never had a bad experience. Actually, anytime I want to shop at Lululemon I make sure I come to the Knox location. It's always very well organized, there's never a mess (unlike the mall locations, wuff!) I've came during busy & lonely hours and both were very pleasant experiences. The employees have always greeted me and have been very polite. I was looking for a new yoga mat my last visit and one of the employees was very helpful and brought out a cute yoga mat that was on sale for $20 bucks! I honestly have nothing to complain about. read more

I have shopped at this location and the Northpark location for quite sometime. Every time i come into this location, the workers pay no mind to you and when they do, they are extremely rude. Wish it was better, as this location is less busy and more convenient than Northpark. read more

Trash service. Made me feel like a chump. Have to add length to this review to post. Bad service, not fun, prissy.

COLLIN!!! Home run on the customer service!!! Extremely knowledgeable about difference fabrics and was super helpful in finding the right size and fit for my yoga pants. Such a pleasant experience today! read more

Very clean and organized. We walked in right as they were closing and they allowed us to shop!! Mist stores would have kicked us out. We ended up trying things on and making purchases. Love their clothes!!! Very friendly staff!! A great selection also. read more

Went to exchange some Christmas gifts I received and had a wonderful experience. The staff was so helpful even though it was packed (the last Thursday of the year and it was around 2:00). I will not be going to the mall location anymore now that I've been to this locale. The selection here is better and the overall customer service is better, too. It's super close to my house which is an added bonus. I even found a pair of pants on sale. :-) read more

For a store that sells expensive sports bras I would think the staff would be more knowledgeable about how they are supposed to fit. The staff was helpful about the details of the bra, but knew nothing about how the bra should fit on my body. I went home and googled it after I bought the bra; the next day I exchanged the bra for the next size up (without trying it on, which is my bad) and this one will not work either. I'm hoping that I can go to a different branch and find a more knowledgeable staff that doesn't make me feel weird for wanting their help with the bra fit. read more

the staff are really rude and not helpful at all. i won't be shopping at this lululemon again.

This is Lulu is the best. Much better than North Park. The girls are super friendly and helpful.

The girls in the store were so helpful! As soon as I walked in they were by my side asking what they could help me with. Even though they were out of the leggings that I wanted they helped me find a store that had them in stock. read more

The best lulu in town. The staff and management at this particular location are the best. Also, the mens selection appears to be larger.

Everyone that works at this location are so helpful and friendly. I bought new tank tops and many employees showed me their favorite which helped me make a decision. They asked what kind of work out I did and suggested different pieces. I will definitely return to this location. read more

I love it here! First, the location is great and totally beats having to trek to the mall. Second, the employees know me by name (ummm, probably an indication of how often I'm in there!!) and are always wonderful. They're helpful, awesome with returns or product issues, and overall usually quite happy and upbeat. This will continue to be my go to Lulu store as long as I live in Dallas. read more

The guy that half way served me was so rude . I don't think I have ever been treated so poorly whilst spending over $300.00. Will never go there again read more

The girls were friendly and helpful. Allison went above and beyond which was much appreciated!! They also had a nice sale rack collection too! read more

Any chance your store could cater to people who work during the day and get up at 5am to do their yoga and pilates? Rather than only staying open until 7pm? We needed to get some new clothes and show up at a normal time a little after 7pm during the week. read more

Every time I have come here the customer service has been phenomenal! They have helped me solve a few issues with clothing and also educate me on their items. This is by far my favorite lululemon! read more
