While was unable to find anything to my liking at this location, it was worlds away better than the OKC store. It was clean and organized, the staff was helpful and there was a much larger selection of items. I would definitely come back again but I recommend getting there early if you wear a popular size as things do run out. If you don't find exactly what you are looking for, rest assured there is an actual Nordstrom right around the corner at The Galleria.

That said, the staff was not as warm as it could have been, which seems to be a pattern at this mall. One moment stood out. A shopper left a single item in the fitting room while rushing because her mom was calling her to hurry. Instead of simply collecting it, an employee stopped her and questioned whether she was taking it, then made her go back. It felt unnecessary and a bit uncomfortable to watch. Aside from that, the store itself was great. It was clean, well staffed, and full of genuinely good finds. Overall, I would call it a four out of five experience. I would absolutely come back and shop here again, even though I am not usually an H&M person.

I am pleased to say I had an amazing experience! Kristyn Miller was the best SA I could ask for. She took her time explaining the different pieces, made sure to show me what she thought I'd like, and let me take my absolute precious time trying on any and everything that caught my eye, and not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. It was a little over an hour before I had decided on my top picks, and even then, at the end, when she went to wrap my items, I spoke with Vanessa, who also showed me excellent service in the interim. I will say that I did call before I went in without an appointment and could never get anyone to answer, so that was a little frustrating, but overall, once I was there, I had no complaints. It's a beautiful store, and I'm glad a few SAs are left who treat you respectfully and don't judge a book by its cover. Thank you, Kristyn and Vanessa!

I most appreciate the layout of this store and the great options for both the more rustic upscale cowboy to the off beat needs like 'a cocktail book for drinkers' and CBD brands that say Daddy's Gummies. I also learning while am in this store - so many great Books about Texas' modernism and I am grateful to know and learn more about the mysterious town of Marfa that this state keeps close to its chest. The STAG is great and you are one of the kind of shoppes that make Dallas one of my favorite cities to learn more and more about when I visit. But don't blame Rimowa, blame the airlines, they don't care even if you're the top status and worst because they allow me 70lbs per luggage and I fill it up, so too heavy perhaps. The store was not too crowded so we were able to leisurely browse and really take in everything in the store. The selection is outstanding. if they don't have something related to camping or outdoor life, it does not exist. This trip the wife was looking for some shoes while the kid and I looked at everything else. She enjoyed checking out the tents and sleeping bags. She rode on one of the bikes. It was like a play day. I liked that there were employees to help and answer questions. Noah in the bike section was great. Employees were very friendly. The quality of the products they sell is excellent. Prices are high but you get value and what you buy is going to last a while. After passing my principal certification exam, I wanted to splurge a bit and buy myself a new bag so I dropped in Kate Spade to check out the selection. I found a couple of bags that caught my eye and settled on a nice handbag that was classic, understated, and had a matching wallet. The price was fantastic and allowed me to grab a few wallets in addition to the handbag without feeling guilty. Although the store is often busy, the staff is always helpful and friendly. The deals are definitely worth the wait in line and I think that Kate Spade has replaced the Michael Kors outlet just across the way as my favorite store in the Grand Prairie Premium Outlet for handbags and wallets.
