These three are just the best & are always super kind, upbeat and eager to help! They are why I continue to shop at Neiman's Northpark. Gail is also great, she is in handbags on the second floor. Note that some sales associates on the 2nd floor will sometimes ignore you, one day I went in wanting to buy my mother a pair of Christian Louboutin boots, and was ignored for a pretty good amount of time. I now have Malcom or Karen accompany me to the second floor to avoid those associates. They have also treated mom the same, as she has spent lots of money at this particular Neiman's. No matter how much money you have, however, no one should be ignored or treated differently!!

Called 2 weeks later to check as I hadn't heard if they were even able to fix it was told it would be 6 months to fix. I have barley had it for 9 months and they want 6 months to fix. Asked for an exchange to get a new bag they said no has to be less than 6 months old for that. Don't bring stuff to be fixed here. Go to denos instead. Not helpful at all unless you want to wait 6 months.

When I told the assistant manager of the store (who could not care less about my dissatisfaction) that their online store and department stores that sell their merchandise allow returns all that she kept replying with was: "that's our company policy." Well, as a customer, that is an awful policy and I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from their fashion house again. I would much rather buy items from retailers who care about customer satisfaction (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc.). Big mistake. Huge.

I needed some more pajamas and absolutely LOVE the wide elastic waistband in the cool nights pj pants. I like the flexibility of buying separates for the tops and bottoms. The selection was good and I found what I was looking for in a couple different prints. There were a lot of people in the store and I saw someone at the register (Abigail per my receipt) and also the manager. A few minutes earlier there was an elderly woman with a walker asking someone for help. I think she was feeling faint and was looking for a place to sit down. The manager got Abigail to help her and she kindly helped her to a comfy chair in the front of the store. The manager was off to get a bra out of the back, I think for an exchange. I just wasn't very impressed with the manager. She was so "hands off" and not really contributing to helping people. Another customer ahead of me was curious if she still was a member to qualify for the 40% off. Abigail looked up her phone number and she was still in the system so she went off to shop! Then she called me forward as next in line. I told her she could go assist the woman sitting down but she said the register comes before assisting someone. I took the pj's off the hangers and she thanked me for doing that. She told me the full regular price and then after the 40% off, the total cost was much better! Overall a good experience but something about the manager's lack of assisting customers rubbed me the wrong way.
