If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service was horrible and not friendly. when I tried to make a return they said I couldn't because I wasn't in my return window even though all returns are extended till Jan 31,2022. They wouldn't let me cancel an order I made with them and then when I asked when it would arrive they couldn't give me a day. I bought a pair of Maui Jims from here, priced around $300...what I found disturbing was that the cashier was packaging up the display sunglasses, you know the ones that were out for everyone to touch and try on. I had to ask for a new pair... I am spending $300 and you want to give me the display sunglasses??? What I found even more disturbing is that the manager was putting out a brand new pair for display. I bought these sunglasses in September, but I still think about my bad experience at sunglass hut. I don't know if that's their policy or not but it was stupid that they would give a paying customer the display and then put out a brand new pair on the display. read more

I bought a pair of sunglasses here a couple of years ago. The earpieces had been damaged and I needed to have them repaired. I did not have a receipt for my original purchase so I was expecting to have to pay for the repair. In addition, was not sure they would have what I needed in the store so I planned on having to leave my sunglasses. I was expecting the worst. WOW!! I received incredible service!! I walked in and was immedietly greeted by an employee. As I approached the register / counter, an employee asked how he he could help. I told him I needed the ear pieces replaced on a pair of sunglasses (I don't think I even told him that I bought them here). He said that was easy and took the sunglasses. I watched him as he replaced the ear pieces, tightened all of the screws and cleaned the lenses. In a matter of minutes, he handed me the glasses and said "do you need anything else". I said no and asked how much it would cost. He said "normally $5,95, but I am not going to charge you. You can make a donation to our charity which provides glasses for children in need". I gave a $10 donation. I highly recommend this location of Sunglass Hut - for their service alone. read more

****Horrible Customer Experience****LOUSY MANAGER*** Bought Ray-bans from this store and in a week the glass developed black lines... went back to the store and the manager was super rude and kept repeating his policies... he had absolutely no sense of customer experience....Horrible Customer Experience.... Stopped in there with my brother and the worker dropped the display glasses on the floor. I was interested in getting a pair and asked if I could get some from the back and she still tried to sell me a shelf model. They have a student discount offering online and we asked her about it, but she knew nothing about it and went to go talk to the manager who wasn't any more knowledgeable. I walked in once to get my sunglasses cleaned and the lady asked me if I could come back another day cause everyone was busy. Seriously??? I told her no and that I would wait. Missy works in the Sunglass Hut located inside Macy's at Northpark Mall. I recently purchased a pair of glasses from another salesperson at Macys but returned them because the screws were coming out. Missy agreed to replace to glasses on the spot, rather than having me ship the glasses (at my expense) to the manufacturer. Customer service (and common sense) at the level displayed by Missy is why Sunglass Hut is the place to shop for sunglasses. read more
