The eye doctor was practically running out of the room to leave during my exam so she could leave. Called another location down the road and she stated they typically dilate at the last appointment as well so not sure what this location works differently. Was not informed prior to driving up from downtown Dallas that this was the case either. The office manager was kind, would not recommend Dr. Vo as she clearly doesn't care for patient needs.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at LensCrafters in…read moreWillow Bend Mall. and this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. I had to return to the store five separate times because of repeated mistakes with the measurements for my progressive and Transitions lenses. Despite multiple visits, the issues were never resolved correctly. What made this experience even more difficult is that I have mobility challenges. Every visit required a great deal of physical effort from both me and my husband, who had to push my wheelchair just so we could return to the store and clarify the ongoing problems. This was physically exhausting and emotionally draining. Most of the problems began with Kimberly. She made repeated errors from the start and recommended polarized lenses without taking the time to properly review whether they were appropriate for my vision needs. I trusted her professional advice, believing she had carefully considered what was best for my eyes. When Connie became involved, I hoped the situation would finally be corrected. Unfortunately, the measurements and service were still not accurate, and the problems continued. Throughout this process, my husband had to take on the responsibility of carefully reviewing every detail, asking repeated questions, and making sure everything was correct because we had lost confidence in the accuracy of the work being performed. In addition, I was disappointed by the way Kimberly spoke to my husband. Her attitude was unprofessional and discourteous, which only added to an already stressful situation. In the end, we accepted a full refund because the problems were never resolved. While we appreciate receiving our money back, it does not make up for the time, physical effort, stress, and inconvenience we endured over the course of five visits. We invested significant time and energy trying to resolve these issues, only to leave without a satisfactory outcome. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and used to improve the quality of care, professionalism, and attention to detail provided to future customers. No customer should have to experience what we went through.

Not a single employee acknowledged me, greeted me, or offered any help for the entire 15 minutes I was there. It was beyond obvious that this was intentional. The level of unprofessionalism and prejudice in this store is shocking. They looked right at me and chose to pretend I was invisible. I have never felt so unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. This is not just bad service, it is unacceptable behavior that should not be tolerated anywhere. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this place unless you want to be treated with complete disregard and disrespect. Absolutely the worst customer service experience imaginable.

Excellent first experience from beginning to end…read more Scheduling the appointment was very easy. Brian clearly explained to me what to expect (it's my 2nd time at any eye Dr). When I arrived, the check-in process was easy and done on an iPad, again explained by Brian. Sarah, the technician, helped me with the eye measurements, explaining what she was doing along the way and answering all my questions. Finally, Dr Johnson saw me, addressed all my questions and made some recommendations. Never pushy, never rushed, never salesy and extremely pleasant to talk to. I definitely recommend her practice and plan on coming back.

My husband goes here, and we live right down the street, so I thought it would be a convenient option. I didn't get one foot in the door before some employee with brown hair started asking questions. There was no "welcome in," no "what can we do for you." I told her I just had a quick question and she seemed annoyed by that. I asked my question and then went home to contemplate whether or not I should use them after that encounter. I decided to proceed since it was so close to my home and convenient. I emailed ahead of time to inquire if they could accommodate a medical request I have. I never heard back. I had to email again a week later to get a response, which was no, they won't accommodate my medical request. Ok, then. I'll be going to another eye doctor down the road and will be taking my husband and our business with me. The owner replied below, but I have no idea why she inserted that she is a minority as that has zero to do with my review. How odd to use your ethnicity status as a reply to a potential customer's poor experience with your company. She was more concerned with emphasizing that I am not a patient (which, I never would be after my experience with them), instead of addressing my complaint in my review which was related to the encounter I had with her rude staff member from the second I walked in the door to the fact that I had to email multiple times in order to get a response from them. She is correct that I was referred to them by my husband, but he was so upset after hearing about my experience that he now refuses to go back to their facility. We found a wonderful eye doctor called Premier just down the street. They were incredibly thorough and much less expensive than Bespoke (who charges $175 for an eye exam).

I noticed the small shop when stopping by Happy Lemon, but have been too lazy to stop by. Luckily, they had a same-day appointment at 1:45 PM. I arrived early since my dental appointment was shorter than expected, and the optometrist was out for lunch. They said she would be back at 1:45 PM, but feel free to look around the store and try out different pairs of glasses. They have a vast variety of styles, ranging from China-made to Italian-made (expensive brands such as Coach, Gucci, Versace, and Rayban). I told them my info and they were able to look my insurance up in the system, along with all the details of my benefits. The glasses were all locked up, so you need a worker to open the case for you to try. It felt awkward compared to Visionworks because the worker was standing there watching you try on each pair. The optometrist didn't come back until past 2 PM, so I was waiting a while. However, one of the main technicians sat me down and explained all the fees and upgrade plans for each pair. He asked me to pick my favorite one, and he can tell me the exact price for that pair. He explained each process thoroughly, along with how much I'm expected to pay to get contacts prescription, retina x-ray, etc after my insurance coverage. I like the information because it made me understand the process better, but I did feel a little pressured to pick the most expensive one for insurance. The optometrist was very friendly. She spoke fluent English and Vietnamese, which is probably why most Vietnamese people go here for glasses. She gave an in-depth detail about my prescription, and how my eyesight decreased. She also recommended a new brand of daily contacts since my old color contacts were not helping with my astigmatism. After the eye exam, it was just a quick payment process since I already decided on my pair of glasses earlier. They said the wait time is around 2 weeks, which is typical. I just picked up my new pair of glasses today and I love them. It's very nice, and the lens feels high quality and durable. I did pay out-of-pocket an extra $250 for lens upgrade but it's worth the splurge for extra insurance. Overall, I like the number of glasses they offer, and it looks like they're getting more with new glass displays. The styles are much cuter than what you see at Visionworks, and Target Vision, so you'll be sure to find something you like. I would come back here next year!

I haven't been to an eye doctor in over 10yrs (I know don't judge me ) but they were able to get me in the next day. They took time with me and went over all my options and the cost. I decided to finally get contacts the doctor gave me a sample pair to try for a week. A day before my follow up she called upon closing (6pm) to see how I felt or if I wanted to try a different pair to sample. I told her I was ok with the ones I had not knowing contacts felt different. She was real and honest with me and said you'll never know unless you try another sample which duh makes sense. They opened at 8:30AM the next day for me so I wouldn't be late to work, ontop of that the guy that brought me my sample had me try a tea he was making. This is a place that goes above and beyond and I am truly grateful for them. You have to give them a try I am truly shocked and amazed by their generosity!!
