She was so helpful and nice. She gave my husband several options, all really quality and name brand. My husband found a really cool pair of red and black Burberry frames. Stacy even gave them to us for a steal. He got glare protection and transition lenses and when it was all done we spent under $400. Then she let us know they would be done by Tuesday at 5. I have never had such amazing service. When I picked the up Paul was there to greet me and Was just as friendly as Stacy. I am so incredibly happy, and I will recommend them to everyone.

Tasia, my savior, checked with their doctor and found my exact prescription that they had as a trial pack and kept them at the store for me to pick up. Oh, and because of the traffic I ended up getting there past closing and Tasia WAITED FOR ME. I walked in, showed her my prescription, popped in the contact and had instant relief. Seriously one of the sweetest things that anybody has ever done for me. Also, she said I can order contacts through her location but have them shipped to my house! The Dr apologized to her for the inconvenience, as well as informed us that they would get refresher courses in customer care. For that I have upgraded from 1 star to 2. I wish I could have gone even higher, but for the fact that I have not gotten any sort of contact from anyone at Walnut. No apologies for me, no information on what may have happened, and no offers to correct anything came to me. It's great that my wife was able to get that respect as a customer, but I don't rate that apparently. I have come to this location since moving to the area and usually have very little issue, other than a problem with one of the tests performed during my exams, but after my most recent experience, I am unlikely to return. Came in for my usual exam and glasses, ordered my newest pair of glasses with no issue. Couple weeks pass and my wife gets the notification that our glasses are ready for pickup. She goes to pick them up, and brings them home. When I make it back home and open my case I was surprised to find several small scratches on the right lens, just in view while I am wearing them. I took them back to the store today, and showed one of the young ladies working the issue, hoping they would be able to correct the issue. Well wow was I in for a shock. One of the ladies from the back comes out to tell me that she knows that my glasses were not sent out with the scratches because they supposedly do a visual inspection before they release them. Considering I noticed them the first time I took them out of the (Versace for gods sake) case, I know that they were damaged likely before they even arrived to the store from wherever they have the lenses put in. I was further informed that since there clearly was an issue with the lenses, they would be more than happy to fix them, however it would be an additional fee of $25 and 2 weeks turnaround time, but because she "knows they wouldn't have sent them out", I am the one who has to eat that additional cost and wait. I am truly disappointed to learn that this business doesn't stand behind the products that they sell, and instead choose to blame the customer, and attempt to charge even more for the products to be completed properly. I will no longer recommend this location to anyone.

Today an assistant did all the routine stuff like eye chart,glacoma test etc. I usually don't like assistants doing what I think the Dr should be. However,in this case, it felt ok and she did a great job. In addition, she did a test that maps your retina, which id never had done before. For those who dont know this is essentially a picture of the internal components of your eye. The reason they presented for this valuable test is, it can show early signs of problems and treatment can be implemented to make things better. It was optional but, I opted in and am glad I did. Dr, Harris then came in and reviewed the assistant's results, did a few checks himself, explained things and I was done. He is a very thorough and personable optometrist.
