- Their service and their workmanship is awesome so this review is long overdue. - Took my serious prescription and favorite old eye glasses to them nearly a year ago. Thought all was lost (yes, a bit dramatic but that's how I felt). The handles were breaking and the unique frames were discontinued some time back. The staff assessed, called to communicate the itemized costs and timing to get approval first. They even found and suggested repairs of the micro-cracking which I appreciated. All went well for nearly a year of hard use. Know, I am not dainty so my stuff in general takes a beating; hard use. Even so, all went well and then I accidentally sat on them...just ugh... not good. One of the hooks on the handles broke completely off and the frames were skewed so badly, lol. - When I took my broken glasses in, staff assessed/ quoted price and explained the work to be done. They welded on a new hook, straighten the frames and now, you can't tell the frames were subject to a hard sit. Also, when there, staff checked on the warranty which I had not considered. The glasses were well past the warranty but am glad they mentioned and checked. The repair was same day and quite affordable which is good in this day and age. - Overall, love their workmanship, service, attention to detail and their prices. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BUSINESS - I had a pair of expensive, progressive lenses, designer metal frames glasses (that I hate because they were heavy and irritating to my nose). I've had these glasses for 4 1/2 years (still in excellent condition) that are my backup since I wear contacts most of the time. The arm broke on the left side. I googled "eye glasses repair" and saw this location to be close to me. I took the glasses into the shop and was advised the arm could be welded to the frame. Also, I inquired if it was possible to put the lenses in a different frame because I hated the ones I had. I left the glasses for Lindsey to fix them. She called me almost immediately after I left to advise that she did have frames that would work, which I accepted this option instead of fixing my frames. I found this place when my glasses snapped in half. They only allow one customer at a time so there might be a wait but not too long. I waited about 5 mins. I didn't get the associates name but she was very friendly and helpful. She laid out my options and was straight forward. I have Ray Ban plastic glasses so the only option others then getting new frames was to super glue them. I was kind of hesitant because I didn't want it to be obvious that my glasses were glued but agreed. Turn around time was about 24 hours, which was fine with me. I'd rather her do a good job then a fast job. When I picked up my glasses they looked soooo good. I can tell where the glue is because I know they are broken, but when I asked my friends they could not tell. I highly recommend this place if you are ever in need of glasses repair. read more

Went in last Friday with 2 pairs of glasses with broke wings, my Ray Ban glasses have been repaired several times and I keep breaking them because I always sleep with my glasses on. Lindsay repaired them AGAIN for me, still gave me the standard 60 day warranty and would've been happy with that repair alone. I've had a pair of broken Prada eyeglasses that another shop said was beyond repair but I asked Lindsay if she could help. All they needed was a new screw and she didn't even charge me for that!
