I was given a referral to see this group. They sound great except their office policy is to keep your credit card on file. I was asked to text my credit card number to the office phone number. I understand that they need it to charge for missed appointments, but in a world where fraud is a significant issue this raised a red flag for me. Maybe the office manager could give me her full name and social security number and I will just keep it on file in exchange for my sharing my credit card number over a text message? Sorry you have lost a great patient! I keep appointments. DFW has LOTS of other providers, I will continue my search. read more

I only seen one Dr at the location for at least 2 years, always felt welcomed and well taken care of. My vision change frequently and with other complications going on with eyelids and ey allergies, Dr Nguyen never gave up on try to fix me. Very passionate about her care, go over and beyond to do all that she csn to resolve any eye discomfort or issues you've experiencing. Unfortunately, I had to change my health insurance to one that better fit my needs, leaving them out of network, which meant more out of pocket expenses. I was a previous patient here up until they no longer accepted my insurance. I made an appointment days ago and no one asked me about insurance. It wasn't until late Friday that they left a voicemail to let me know they no longer accept my insurance. It is now Monday morning and I called to cancel the appointment, and of course, I get told there's a $40 fee for same day cancellation, according to their new policy. While I understand the policy, they should also verify insurance and let me know at the time I made the appointment that they don't accept it any longer. This could've been avoided and I also would not have wasted taking a day off for no reason. This isn't a way of doing business. read more

Beautiful office and the staff is great! Just got to my appointment and I'm loving the ambiance. They have great eyeglass brands. UPDATE! My entire exam was easy and fun. I believe Kim did my pre exam tests and she was so kind and funny. Dr. Duong did my exam and it was wonderful. I felt like I was talking to a friend and she explain everything in a way that I could easily understand. Ale helped me pick out frames and she did a marvelous job. She grabbed lenses for me that she thought would work and each pair was so nice. It was very hard to choose but she helped me choose the right pair for me. Greetings fellow Yelp'ers! My wife and I have both had our annual exams here this year, and I am happy to say, I see us coming back here again and again for our Optometric heath needs. To start, it was great to have an appointment and to be seen on time...no stacking going on here. We had no problems keeping the rest of our day's schedule. I saw a stand-in Dr on Monday, as Dr Kim was out of the office. He treated me as though I was a long standing and valued patient/customer. His manner, his informative interaction, it was all of what I would expect from the primary Dr of the establishment. My wife saw Dr Kim on Thursday and really enjoyed her vision. Dr Kim is a warm service provider, something you don't encounter as much as we should these days. She was very informative, and extended the kind of manner that you hope for in a Dr. The kind that garners trust, and a long term relationship. Her technician mentioned the Optimap (which all Optometrists do offer) but didn't do the hard selling that I've sometimes encountered. I believe that 5 stars are certainly earned here. The business is situated with its own entrance, in front of the Target Supercenter on Coit near Campbell. It's not the fanciest place, but its totally clean and comfortable. And once again, because they operate principally by appointment, it's not at all crowded. They do offer walkin service, but they go right to the schedule and let you know how long your wait will be...indicating to me, that they don't simply try to squeeze more patients in... I really like their business practices. Oh and last but not least, they are expedient about looking up your insurance and determining any cost coverage's you have available to you. read more

I felt comfortable, though a little cramped for the tiny office location. But don't sweat that--they more than make up for it in service. When I got called back to start my annual exam, I met Andy, the tech, and a new trainee. Andy had a great attitude and clearly takes interest in patients. I enjoyed talking with him--and even got a recommendation on a new restaurant to try out. He did a great job at explaining each step of what we were doing, and they don't use that dang blasted air puff machine! After we got done there, I met Dr. Nguyen.
