Excellent first experience from beginning to end…read more Scheduling the appointment was very easy. Brian clearly explained to me what to expect (it's my 2nd time at any eye Dr). When I arrived, the check-in process was easy and done on an iPad, again explained by Brian. Sarah, the technician, helped me with the eye measurements, explaining what she was doing along the way and answering all my questions. Finally, Dr Johnson saw me, addressed all my questions and made some recommendations. Never pushy, never rushed, never salesy and extremely pleasant to talk to. I definitely recommend her practice and plan on coming back.

My husband goes here, and we live right down the street, so I thought it would be a convenient option. I didn't get one foot in the door before some employee with brown hair started asking questions. There was no "welcome in," no "what can we do for you." I told her I just had a quick question and she seemed annoyed by that. I asked my question and then went home to contemplate whether or not I should use them after that encounter. I decided to proceed since it was so close to my home and convenient. I emailed ahead of time to inquire if they could accommodate a medical request I have. I never heard back. I had to email again a week later to get a response, which was no, they won't accommodate my medical request. Ok, then. I'll be going to another eye doctor down the road and will be taking my husband and our business with me. The owner replied below, but I have no idea why she inserted that she is a minority as that has zero to do with my review. How odd to use your ethnicity status as a reply to a potential customer's poor experience with your company. She was more concerned with emphasizing that I am not a patient (which, I never would be after my experience with them), instead of addressing my complaint in my review which was related to the encounter I had with her rude staff member from the second I walked in the door to the fact that I had to email multiple times in order to get a response from them. She is correct that I was referred to them by my husband, but he was so upset after hearing about my experience that he now refuses to go back to their facility. We found a wonderful eye doctor called Premier just down the street. They were incredibly thorough and much less expensive than Bespoke (who charges $175 for an eye exam).

Exceptional Vision Care & Compassionate Expertise - Why I Trust Dr. Gulrez Khoja in Plano, TX…read moreI've been a loyal patient here for nearly five years, and every single visit reminds me why I'll never trust anyone else with my vision health. From the moment you step into the office, you're greeted like family by a team that's warm, professional, and genuinely invested in your well-being. The environment is modern and welcoming, but it's the human connection that makes this place extraordinary. Unlike many healthcare providers today, Dr. Khoja takes the time to truly listen. She doesn't just glance over charts--she dives deep into understanding your unique concerns. Because of my family history of eye disease, she's carefully monitored my vision for the last 2.5 years, keeping detailed progress reports and scheduling regular exams every six months. That kind of proactive, personalized care is something you rarely find anymore! Recently, I faced an entirely new health challenge: I'm preparing to start chemotherapy. While my medical team has been focused on the obvious concerns, it was Dr. Khoja who brought up a critical point that no one else had--how chemo can affect my vision. Thanks to her foresight, we established a baseline eye health assessment before my treatments even begin. This way, we'll know exactly how my vision is impacted and have options ready if corrective action is needed later. Who else thinks of that level of care? It's rare to find a doctor who combines world-class expertise with such a deep level of compassion. Dr. Khoja is a licensed Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist, an expert in managing complex conditions like keratoconus, surgical complications, and specialized contact lens fittings. She also cares for children's vision needs and provides advanced treatments like Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT). Beyond her impressive credentials, she makes every patient feel seen, heard, and cared for. That's the kind of doctor everyone deserves but so few actually find. If you're in Plano, TX or nearby, do yourself a favor--make an appointment with Dr. Khoja. Whether you need routine vision care, help managing complex conditions, or simply want a provider who will advocate for your overall health, you won't find a more compassionate and capable expert. (Photo with Dr. Khoja attached because some moments in life deserve to be remembered!) Gratefully, Mark D.

Today an assistant did all the routine stuff like eye chart, glacoma test etc. I usually don't like assistants doing what I think the Dr should be. For those who dont know this is essentially a picture of the internal components of your eye. The reason they presented for this valuable test is, it can show early signs of problems and treatment can be implemented to make things better. It was optional but, I opted in and am glad I did. Dr, Harris then came in and reviewed the assistant's results, did a few checks himself, explained things and I was done. He is a very thorough and personable optometrist. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at LensCrafters in…read moreWillow Bend Mall. and this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. I had to return to the store five separate times because of repeated mistakes with the measurements for my progressive and Transitions lenses. Despite multiple visits, the issues were never resolved correctly. What made this experience even more difficult is that I have mobility challenges. Every visit required a great deal of physical effort from both me and my husband, who had to push my wheelchair just so we could return to the store and clarify the ongoing problems. This was physically exhausting and emotionally draining. Most of the problems began with Kimberly. She made repeated errors from the start and recommended polarized lenses without taking the time to properly review whether they were appropriate for my vision needs. I trusted her professional advice, believing she had carefully considered what was best for my eyes. When Connie became involved, I hoped the situation would finally be corrected. Unfortunately, the measurements and service were still not accurate, and the problems continued. Throughout this process, my husband had to take on the responsibility of carefully reviewing every detail, asking repeated questions, and making sure everything was correct because we had lost confidence in the accuracy of the work being performed. In addition, I was disappointed by the way Kimberly spoke to my husband. Her attitude was unprofessional and discourteous, which only added to an already stressful situation. In the end, we accepted a full refund because the problems were never resolved. While we appreciate receiving our money back, it does not make up for the time, physical effort, stress, and inconvenience we endured over the course of five visits. We invested significant time and energy trying to resolve these issues, only to leave without a satisfactory outcome. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and used to improve the quality of care, professionalism, and attention to detail provided to future customers. No customer should have to experience what we went through.

I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this place unless you want to be treated with complete disregard and disrespect. Absolutely the worst customer service experience imaginable.
