How odd to use your ethnicity status as a reply to a potential customer's poor experience with your company. She was more concerned with emphasizing that I am not a patient (which, I never would be after my experience with them), instead of addressing my complaint in my review which was related to the encounter I had with her rude staff member from the second I walked in the door to the fact that I had to email multiple times in order to get a response from them. She is correct that I was referred to them by my husband, but he was so upset after hearing about my experience that he now refuses to go back to their facility. All the frames we looked at were priced $199. The lenses were $300, so we were looking at $500 for the pair of sunglasses. There really seemed to be a small selection. We decided we wanted to keep looking.
