This time I was trying to return a pair of glasses I got for my dads birthday that are possibly the worst quality glasses I've held and they were over $300. My dad wore them for maybe 5 minutes in the kitchen and they refuse to take the return because "they are scratched" (they are not). Scam of a store don't go there!

I took my regular glasses in for a quick repair, and the manager was happy to help. She was kind, yet honest, and told me what couldn't be repaired. Everything she said was echoed by my eye doctor. I love to pop into N3L just to say hi and try on sunglasses because the staff is fun, the music is fun, and the shades are fun!

I was thinking maybe they would give me some credit and I'll just buy a new one, I love Rimowa even though I felt it should have that crack from the first two months of use. But don't blame Rimowa, blame the airlines, they don't care even if you're the top status and worst because they allow me 70lbs per luggage and I fill it up, so too heavy perhaps. But anyways, Chi surprised me and said they are just going to replace it. Wow beautiful and an early birthday present for me 2/21!
