Dropped into this location today to pick up a gift from my SIL that she ordered for pick-up in store. An individual at the front asked for my name which I provided. They could not find the package, and it turns out it was under my brother's fiancés name. Although I had a screenshot of the order, the individual asked me for "proof of purchase" and told me I would need an ID for pick-up. I explained that I did not have the ID matching the name on the order as it was my SILs name (why would I have her ID?) and she lives in New Jersey. The individual told me not to speak to them the way I was (I was very thoroughly communicating my confusion as I had proof of purchase and don't have my SILs ID) to which they marched off and grabbed a manager. Manager was apologetic. Awful experience and will not be shopping here and being berated for simply being confused that my proof of purchase was not proof of purchase and that I don't have someone's ID who lives 1,500 miles away. read more

Lululemon is the hottest athletic apparel brand and everyone knows it. It's always busy and I'm always hesitant to go in there because of how busy it is. Fortunately, I was going in to just make a return but even with just a return, the line was LONG. Lululemon really does have great clothes and they're comfortable.. of course there's the cost of it being expensive, but you know their clothes will last you a while. Employees are generally super friendly and I was able to have a good experience while going in and out of there. The store is definitely on the bigger side so I definitely want to come back to have a full shopping experience, but maybe on a weekday when it's not as busy. Other than that, lululemon is only going up from here so I hope they have some SALES so their clothes are more affordable! read more

Try walking in the store at 7:30 and Holly said it was closed and I couldn't shop however as soon as I walk away she lets a women with her daughters go inside the store. I go back and ask her what's the deal and she tell me I can only go in if I tell her what I'm going to buy as soon as I told her she said no. One more day in Dallas and I'm out of shorts!!! What am I gonna do? Where's the nearest lululemon? Oh, thank God!!! There's one in the NorthPark Center! In my eyes, this upscale shopping center was made complete by the existence of a lululemon store! =) I walked in and made a B line straight to the Men's Kahuna short. A male SA approached me right away and was trying to school me on lululemon's shorts. I thanked him and told him that I was well aware of the Kahuna short, and then I pointed to the lululemon logo on the shorts I was wearing. He felt a little dumb after that, but that's okay! lol I found a pair of "Monument Check This Stripe" Kahuna shorts and walked right up to the register. The lady who rang up my purchase was very kind and engaging. All in all, another successful trip to lululemon. This is a nice little store. It's not as big as the others around but it has a decent selection of items. Things go fast here because of how little the store is. If you see it one day, it'll be gone the next! The staff is a hit or miss here. Most of them are decently nice. There is one blonde woman who is just downright mean and nasty to people. Before getting to my experience at the store, I must say the product is really well done. I would also add that the selection of Men's yoga apparel is really, really shallow, so there isn't another product I can go check out in the Dallas area, at least not that I know of. So I walk in and am greeted with a couple of walk by 'hellos'. Cool. Walk over to the pants as I am in need of men's yoga apparel. It's pricey, but I've already given it a go in my yoga class this morning and am really impressed with it. Cotton just isn't the way to go in Bikram Yoga and after 20 classes, I'm desperate to find something... anything that fits well, isn't loose, is of wick material full pants. There was 3 people working the store yesterday (Sunday) and no one walked up to offer me help. I'm new to the regimen and need some product education. I looked around to see if anyone could help me and the people that were working there have disappeared. Waited for about 7 to 10 minutes. Picked out 2 pants and 1 shorts. I take them to the front and wait until someone shows up at the register to check me out. Someone shows up, and as I'm checking out I'm asked if I needed hemming. "You do hemming?" I ask... "Yes, didn't they tell you?"... she replied... "No one has told me anything. I don't know anything about your product. My yoga instructor told me to come here to get what I needed" I said... Turns out they hem the pants, if you try them on and get measured, etc... that would have been cool but again, no help. I ask the lady at the register about the shirts on the other side of the shelving from us... are they of wick material, do they have any white shirts, etc... she stays put behind the counter and tells me to go check on the other side to see for myself. This is of course after I've told her that no one has helped me. I find this annoying, but go anyways and hold up the shirts across the store and ask her if these are of wick material, will work, etc... She says no those aren't and rings me up. Almost $280 of product with the 2 pants and 1 shorts. I'm cool with the price and already love the products at this store, but for that amount, I would have expected a better shopping experience. More and more men are showing up and getting into yoga, and there's going to be more demand for this sort of product for males. As a marketer, I would recommend that this store start taking their male consumers more seriously and offer the help that these other female consumers are excited about. I'll still go back to buy more when the time comes, and would have given more stars, but at that price point, I'd expect a better shopping experience. In short... great product, bad shopping experience. read more

Loved the clothes up til a year ago, still check out the store/online on a regular basis, but don't buy the item that made them famous/half devout followers..., yoga pants. The material now reminds me of cheap stuffed animals you get in happy meals at McDonald's. no longer gives the backside a great smoothing as in the past, thinner, doesn't smoothe or hold you in, just a bargain basement yoga pant with a $98 price tag. But specifically to this store, nice group of peeps, definetly friendlier to their friends or know athletes, otherwise more preachy to you than helpful. I love lululemon but this one sales associate was so rude. I went in to see if they could exchange some old tops for me - they couldn't which was no big deal and I wouldn't have cared at all if the employee hadn't been so unpleasant. The guy couldn't have been more condescending or dismissive if he tried. I'm in high school, have worked 5 different retail/food service jobs, and have never dreamed of having that kind of attitude with a customer. Since I've been getting more into my yoga groove lately I figured I would swing on by lulu to shop for a good quality yoga mat. I've purchased mats from places like TJ Maxx and Marshalls before and they literally just end up ripping apart during a sweaty workout because of the cheap material. So I needed something that would stand the test of time. Lulu has everything from yoga gear to running clothes. It's all pretty pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I bought the pure flow mat in a beautiful mint color and I love it! It is easy to clean and does not tear apart like the cheaper mats I've used before. I also love their cute stylish workout tops BUT honestly feel like I would purchase the clothes elsewhere. It's great for a splurge though and the folks in there are super sweet and friendly! Plus you get a trendy free tote bag when you buy your goodies. read more

Bought my girl some workout pants from there and the were a hit. Actually they were their 'running pants' which are different than yoga pants, but she runs so it worked out well. I would say they look a lot like regular black workout tights and are more expensive, but they seem to be worth the extra cost. You can tell there was a more thought put into the design and pockets and the material is significantly better. The store itself is a little funny to be. The people there definitely live, breathe and believe in the brand. Some of you probably won't remember this, but it reminds me a little of Abercrombie in its hey day, when you could tell that the people who were working there bought into everything about the store and were basically working there in order to get discounts on buying everything the could there. I own a pair of your pants from 7 years ago, they're still great: very little pilling and forever flattering. Probably helped that I never threw you into the dryer: I always line-dried. Nowadays, I come to you when I need hardcore running & yoga wear. And you never disappoint, because your staff knows exactly what I'm talking about. But I can't give you five stars, because a poor student like me can't afford you on a regular basis. The quality of customer service has gone downhill everywhere, but the customer service in this store is terrible. Went to exchange something that was given to me by one of my kids for Christmas, and wanted to purchase a jacket. No help, when asked for my size-"maybe you can go home and find one on line!" Then, went to return the sweater with the exact card that had made the purchase, and she said could not find it, so she'd give me sale price on gift card. This lululemon is unlike the rest in Dallas. I've been in a few times and never get greeted or educated by anyone. There's a girl with long light pink hair who was wearing a floppy hat and was EXTREMELY rude. She made my mom and me feel extremely unwelcome and had a snobby look on her face as if we didn't belong. Usually everyone is really nice but this girl does not represent who lululemon is and is the opposite of what they preach. I really hope they solve this problem and look for other employees to work there who actually are kind to their guests. Very unfortunate. read more

Usually customer service at every other lululemon store I've ever been in has been amazing and so welcoming and helpful. However, employees at this lulu have a weird attitude as if they're way too good/cool for you even though you are their customer?? The fitting room is a nightmare. Good luck getting another size if you need it! I know northpark is a busy location, but this store really needs to step up its game! This is super atypical of lululemon stores. At my store in salt lake I literally became friends with the whole staff and I would work out with people who worked there. Other lululemon stores in the Dallas area are great and even know their clientele by name, but northpark realllly needs work. I love Lululemon and shop here more often than I should for my budget. We just moved to Dallas and this is now the closest Lulu but I will not be back. I'm younger and sometimes pop in looking like I should be at Walmart and I am totally used to stores assuming you aren't buying anything and therefore failing to help you but I have NEVER experienced this from a Lululemon. I was completely ignored when I walked in by the two greeters at the front but the lady who walked in behind me got both of their attention. I've frequented the Southlake store before moving and honestly might make the drive over there from now on.
