The store itself has a nice selection of home goods as well as women's clothing and accessories. Some of their clothing is on the more expensive side, but in the back area they have a large selection of discounted items. The staff was very welcoming and super helpful. They were able to help me find everything I was looking for and even answer some of my questions about the best way to take care of my new pieces. As I walked through the door, I was first chastised for not having them on hangers (I should have walked out immediately), but instead pointed out that I had a bag with hangers and was going to put them on hangers for her to go through the clothes. I was by myself and it made it easier for me to carry in the basket, then the hangers. With a cursory glance at the first three items, she rejected the entire lot of designer labels. ReThreads is not the same- at all. It is unfortunate. It was once a great destination to sell and shop. I don't know if it changed ownership, but the former staff is what created returning customers.
