Not only did she make me feel extremely comfortable, but she also educated me on making sure that I was wearing the proper size. Little did I know that I have been wearing the wrong size for years! Stephanie and her team did an amazing job not only was I able to purchase bras right the spot, she also ordered me several different combinations and colors. I plan to have a girlfriend party to share this amazing business. The consultation fee was well worth the $$ it, not only has she fit me, but my mom and my niece as well. Perfect Fitted would be ideal for ladies of all ages and super ideal young girls to have an expert fitting and a great experience. I highly recommend!

This was my first experience ordering from this company, and I'm extremely disappointed with how…read morethey handled a simple return mistake. I accidentally included an additional item in my return package and contacted customer service immediately to explain. I had intended on exchanging this item for a smaller size, but saw that they did not have the item in a smaller size. And accidentally left it in the return. I asked that they either return the item to me or issue a refund once they confirmed they had received it. Instead, I was told that because the item wasn't submitted through their Returns Portal, it could be considered "ineligible" and would be "donated". I understand that the mistake was mine, but I don't understand why the company couldn't simply return the item or process a refund. This response was disappointing, especially as a first-time customer, and showed very little understanding or willingness to help.

I needed some more pajamas and absolutely LOVE the wide elastic waistband in the cool nights pj pants. I like the flexibility of buying separates for the tops and bottoms. The selection was good and I found what I was looking for in a couple different prints. There were a lot of people in the store and I saw someone at the register (Abigail per my receipt) and also the manager. A few minutes earlier there was an elderly woman with a walker asking someone for help. I think she was feeling faint and was looking for a place to sit down. The manager got Abigail to help her and she kindly helped her to a comfy chair in the front of the store. The manager was off to get a bra out of the back, I think for an exchange. I just wasn't very impressed with the manager. She was so "hands off" and not really contributing to helping people. Another customer ahead of me was curious if she still was a member to qualify for the 40% off. Abigail looked up her phone number and she was still in the system so she went off to shop! Then she called me forward as next in line. I told her she could go assist the woman sitting down but she said the register comes before assisting someone. I took the pj's off the hangers and she thanked me for doing that. She told me the full regular price and then after the 40% off, the total cost was much better! Overall a good experience but something about the manager's lack of assisting customers rubbed me the wrong way.

I hate trying things on so I asked the gal what size I was and she said a small. Gasp!!! I know I've gained weight but that hit hard, small??? Not extra small??? I didn't argue with her knowing I'm bigger than usual I just happily bought my smalls and was happy this isn't a brand trying to lie to women to make them feel better about themselves (like those places telling you you're a 00 when you're ass is teetering on an XL), I know you know what I'm talking about. Anyways, put this set on today and the pants are going to need an alteration which is obnoxious but I'm snack size and they are too long. The top, well the top will save you 10k on needing your ti+s done. I put this thing on with no bra, to lounge around and was like ummmm whose are these???? I may need 6 more! I've done a little side by side comparison to a holiday pj set I picked up from from Auden at Target and I'll say the Auden set is super soft and cozy but whatever Kim is doing with this fabric, while not as soft and cozy (still soft and cozy just not as much of a pj feel) is shaping things in a wild way!!! I think the holiday sets may be 40% off right now, which is nice since the original price point is a bit more than it needs to be. I haven't tried the remainder of the line, but they are onto something because I've checked my own rack out numerous times this evening. I wouldn't know how to act with a set like this. I've never owned Spanx (thank god!) but I'm guessing whatever they were doing is what this shi* is doing. Smoke and mirrors game is STRONG on the baby tees.
