Absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I went in the store, was immediately asked to fill out paperwork and was then told that "they would be with me, as soon as they could". I was the only customer in the store. One sales associate was folding bras and the other sales associate (manager?) was working at the computer. They both just kept doing what they were doing while I stood there waiting to be helped. I explained that I had limited time and they rudely stated - "we will be with you as soon as we can." I left. I can't imagine that any potential customer would be anxious to be blatantly ignored by sales staff and I can't imagine any business model where this attitude is promoted or acceptable. read more

I had the most lovely experience during my visit. The care and personal interest shown by both March and Paris played a major roll in my decision to purchase items from this location. If you want a proper bra fitting or if your just wanting to purchase something nice for yourself or someone else, I highly recommend visiting the W Lover's Lane location. The reviews I read were true... this place is amazing! I'm always leary of going into boutique lingerie stores because I'm a sz 14-16 with larger breasts, and normally cute, comfy lingerie is hard to find. But after a 30 lb weight loss, I had no choice but to find some new bras. I'd been fitted before at Dillard's and came home with a huge bra with no support....at Soma where I had a new, very uncomfortable bra, so I was skeptical. When I got there, it was as I feared, a cute little boutique store. However, Veronica did all the work and measured me and had more than 15 bras in my size to try on! I couldn't believe it! I actually had 6 I really liked but walked out with 3 new bras. They have pretty bras for larger gals, and even though I'm a self-conscious person, I felt comfortable in the fitting. I'm happy yo say that several hours into the 1st time wearing one of the bras im.not miserable, uncomfortable, or suffering from lack of support. Great place!! I went here not knowing that they sell many different styles of undergarments. I needed something specific, in a not very common size, and Veronica showed me so many choices. She also did an outstanding job of helping me find just what I needed and made sure the fit was perfect. She even ordered one that was shipped to my home in the color I wanted. The prices were very reasonable. When I get ready to buy a new swimsuit (that will actually fit correctly) I will go back and have Veronica help me. I hate bra shopping, but I LOVE Allure! Not only is this the best place to buy intimates, but they have fantastic pajamas and robes! The staff is amazing! They are very knowledgable about their products and super professional. I took my mom into this location a few weeks ago and she actually said she could stay in there all day trying on bras. So much good when shopping at Allure! First, and most important, is the staff knows and understands how to properly fit bras & how to pivot for size. I purchased three, all of which are different sizes - because the staff knows how the fit by brand. That's experience! Second, the selection, especially for the buxom, is unmatched elsewhere in Dallas. Third, the team is COVID conscious. All wearing masks, masks are available to those who forget theirs, merchandise is "aired" after customers try it on, and lots of hand sanitizer throughout store. read more
