I'm impressed with the store, not because they manage to have so much space for an adult store, but because they have so much other stuff that they DON'T have that are typical in other adult stores. I know, I know, they have tons of lingerie and toys that might stretch the limited imagination for the not-so-experienced or shy ones. But I believe that with the amount of space that they have they could definitely implement some variety for the sensitive-skin types (as other adult stores I've been to.) The staff can be helpful, but I found some of their abrasive gossip of the clientele to be a little...unwelcoming and unpleasant at times. While none of their comments were directed towards me, badmouthing other individuals made me wonder if any of the actions that I were doing would eventually end up as fodder for gossip. For example, saying that you're unhappy with "bitches" coming in there and "acting rude and shit" openly when a client is in the store is NOT cool... Or another would be when you're talking about "gross old men" coming into the store. WTF? (Was the most appropriate acronym in this instance...) We all have our complaints about our job but why do it on the job?? Yikes. ...Which is why I kept to myself for the most of the shopping trip there and only asked for help when I absolutely needed it. Prices are reasonable, considering it's your typical brick-and-mortar adult store. However, you can definitely find some neat lingerie sales (no return policy on these bad boys) where the lingerie is as low as five dollars! Incredible! I enjoy their huge selection of lingerie. However, I would rather go right down the street at "The Spot" to receive more friendly, more interactive, and definitely more knowledgeable service regarding their novelty items. read more

Me and my two friends have been in this store 2 times. The first time was subpar, but the second time was awful. My friends and I were looking at a certain product for 20 minutes and the only employee there saw us looking. We then told her we were ready to check out and she proceeded to tell us that she was not comfortable selling us that product and refused our business. My friends are 19 and I am 18 so everything in that store is perfectly legal to sell to us, because the grandfather rule applies. She then Rudely suggested we leave. However, she still forgot to give me this discount, because she seem busy chatting with her co-workers. Then, store manager tried to cover up the mistake by claiming "instant coupon" means "you can instantly use it on your next purchase, not this purchase" only after I responded to their question if I paid in cash. I checked with the manufacturer about the "instant coupon" and they said, "it is used at initial time of purchased."
