I didn't realize how convenient this location was until I got bored at home and decided to drive around ~10pm on a Thursday. I found this place and was the only one, yet I was super comfortable browsing no matter who or how many were in the store. The person on shift was very nice and knew exactly when it was a good time or bad time to ask if I need any help. Typically, I'd be hesitant to review an adult shop, but my curiosity has never been failed by Condom Sense. I ended up grabbing some party fillers as a fun joke. Some were really cheap, others were more expensive for their specialty. Everything seemed reasonably priced. There are also goods that are discounted heavily, so maybe you'll find new lingerie or goods 40-80% off! They have a good condom selection, even single condoms (all the same price each!). When I say good selection, I mean brands like Kimono and Crown, which are typically uncommon in the United States. Even better, they also have these brands in various sizes (large, extra large, etc.). Truly am happy with the selection, so even a picky browser shouldn't leave disappointed. read more

This place is really awesome. As someone who doesn't frequent sex/adult shops, I was pleasantly surprised with how laid back and comfortable the atmosphere was, thanks to the manager Hannah! She is a true gem. I wish she worked for me! She fearlessly guided myself and my fiancée through the many giggle inducing (if you're immature like me) aisles of butt plugs and cock rings and educated us on several different products we had questions about. The selection here is immense. From pretty much every type of sex toy and outfit to incense and pipes (for tobacco use only **wink, wink**), they truly have it all. My girlfriends and I hosted a bachelorette party. Because I hate malls and having to go through a maze of stores to get to one store, we ended up here to buy some party supplies for the bachelorette. They had a whole section dedicated to it, catering to more of the female audience (which makes sense, bachelors don't really care for these kind of decorations and favors). With that being said, they had a variety of themed party supplies, such as sashes and crowns, as well as shaped (you know what kind of shape) cake mold pans, necklaces, lollipops, party games, confetti, and even hair ties (I accidentally wore mine in public to the dog park when I couldn't find a regular hair tie). As for other items, they have pretty much everything which I won't detail here. The staff is nice and also non-pushy, which was good. With the nature of this store, some people appreciate privacy. Overall, this was a good store to get items for a bachelorette party! If you can't find what you are looking for at Party City that's literally across the freeway, come here for your bachelorette party needs. read more

I am VERY picky about my "novelty" shops. I like them to be clean, friendly, polite, and not the skanky hole in the wall joints that leave you feeling ashamed and disgusted. Because nice shops are hard to find, I usually shop online, but this shop passed my standards test with flying colors!! Upon walking into the well lit and wonderfully organized store, I was cheerfully greeted. The employees were cleanly dressed and very helpful when I had questions. They were able to clearly discuss the options available for what I was looking for and knew which different functions and uses various things had. I felt super comfortable talking with the employees about what is potentially an uncomfortable topic and that earned major brownie points for this establishment. When it came time to check out, the clerk was willing to bend the rules on their loyalty program for me. If you spend over $50 you get a punch, but because I dropped almost $400 in one trip, she gave me 3!!! I KNOW I will be back for more so it was no loss to them to bend this rule a little and sealed the deal on this already impressed customer coming back again. We live further south but come up to Plano a lot to visit family so I will definitely be looking forward to our next trip for more than just the family visit! ;0) read more

She has went above and beyond to take the time and explain the product types, various ways to pair and use them, and she considers all variables and gives reason behind each option available according to what you would like to "use it" for. Knowledgeable about every single product in the store!!! I have personally purchased clothing, toys, lubrications, incense, and a variety of other things to play with. The manager, Jasmin, took my name down and even helped track and back order a specific product! (Smoke odor eliminator--- I've been looking this for for weeks). Hannah is an amazing associate. I was pretty terrified walking into this place a several weeks ago, but in just a few minutes she made all my apprehension disappear. She is super friendly and easy to talk to, she knew just about everything about the products, and really helped me find the products that were best for me.
