This was the worst experience I've ever had and yet it's my first time going to a store like this I thought I could consult in the rep that sold me my items that totaled out a little over $100 bucks! But as I arrived home I charged up my items and either worked! I returned a few hours later after I'd waited already at the least 3.5 hours for the charging and it was a different rep she then stated things I had never been told such as once you buy it final sale but I asked what if the items don't work? She the said well honestly I've witnessed customers buy items And use them in their cars! I was so frustrated I feel like I was just out of $100! I have been going to that store and others two (royal lane and 75) and the other one in Richardson near spring valley and 75) and these girls are always on point greeting everyone and making everyone coming through the door very welcome. Becca (I think she's new at the location on Preston and 635), she is so nice and go out of her way to assist me. She makes sure I always get what I need and if they don't have the item I usually get (black Bull pills) which by the way Sara's secret corporate office, please please try to make sure your stores have this item. It is always out of stock and it's really disappointed when you know a item is good and popular like that, make sure to order more than 10 for each store because I think just myself buy lots of it and I really purchase something at y'all store every single week and as soon as these item comes to the stores. It's fine literally 2 or 3 days later so please, order mota of it so that I don't have to go from store to store asking is they have it.
