After looking at a popular intimate apparel store in Southlake and having a terrible experience, I was desperate when I stopped by Allure. When I entered the store, I was greeted by Shelby, who immediately ushered me into a dressing room and set to work measuring me. She listened to my concerns and preferences, then left to find a bra to try on for size. After determining the correct new size, Shelby brought an array of styles and brands for me to try out. The dressing room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the large mirror on one wall that allowed me to get a full body view, and I could see how much better my body looked in clothes with the right sized bra. After trying on numerous bras, I was pleased to find more than one style that I liked, so I ended up buying three and having Shelby add another to my customer profile. She wrapped my purchases in tissue and tucked care instructions and her business card, and invited me back.
