A One Sar is Too High for This Location…read more I have been a long time customer of Victorias Secret Great products with helpful and friendly associates. This location on 7600 Windrose Ave was my first visit and definately will be my last visit to this location! Called this location and said they would hold a pair of leggings that were on sale. When I got there, the sales associate was VERY COLD and UNPERSONABLE. Very un-Victorias Secret-like. When she handed me the leggings, they were four times (4x) the price. I asked if I could try them on first before purchasing. She said "No, but you bring them back for a refund." I specifically asked "Since I am paying cash, will I receive a cash refund here or at any location?" She replied "Yes cash at any location." I made the purchase and went to try them on. Nice leggings, but not what I was wanting. I went to a store near my work to return the leggings less than an hour later for a full cash refund, but wouldn't give me cash. They could only give me a gift card instead. I am very disappointed with the 7600 Windrose Ave location.

From the moment we walked in, the employee seemed to be rushing us instead of making us feel welcome. While browsing, I attempted to use the restroom because I didn't realize it wasn't available to customers, and instead of politely letting me know, she yelled at me. The interaction was unnecessarily rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Because of the poor customer service, we decided not to continue shopping and only purchased one item before leaving. Customer service can make or break an experience, and sadly, this visit left a negative impression. I hope management addresses how customers are treated because no one should feel rushed or spoken to disrespectfully while simply trying to shop.

One downside was finding the store -- Google Maps was quite confusing inside the mall. I ended up walking almost the entire mall before realizing the store is located just to the left of Entrance/Door 2. Unfortunately, I initially went right following the map directions, which led me in circle. Overall, a standard Victoria's Secret experience with helpful staff, but finding the store could be much easier with better in-mall navigation or clearer directions.

If you are new to Fendi then you must go see Matthew, because he knows this brand inside and out. And if you just love wonderful clothes and accessories, then hop over to Highland Park and let Matthew pamper you with Fendi and the most complete customer service experience you'll ever have. My daughter and I were shopping (mostly window) one day and went inside the Fendi store. We were greeted with a beverage and the most pleasant and welcoming person: Matthew. He is also clairvoyant because he knew when to let us look and what we'd like to see more of. Matthew guided us gently to the beautiful items we wanted to try on and gauged our fit with a well-trained eye. His knowledge of the designs is impeccable, as is his taste and style. Now... we are not regular purveyors of designer clothing and to be able to purchase a few pieces is a treat for my daughter and I (sometimes requiring clearance from dad/husband). Matthew treated us with the same care and enthusiasm as if we bought things from him all the time. His attention to and care of his customers is unbiased, unwavering and sincere. Everyone is important and you are elevated to a level of special that makes you feel fabulous. The Fendi clothes and accessories are wonderful by themselves but when you acquire them with Matthew advising you, you feel beyond amazing. And that feeling follows you out the door and doesn't go away. Service after you leave continues. I had wanted (coveted is a better word) a gorgeous coat but the store didn't have my size. Since it was a rare item the prospects of finding it were slim. But Matthew wasn't going to give up. He pulled out the stops and looked for my coat as well as alternative items and found me beautiful coats; stunning, but just not quite right. Then one day, the stars aligned and Matthew's determination and perseverance paid off, and "my" coat was located. I don't live in Dallas so Matthew shipped me the item. I never knew clothes could bring so much joy but they can! Now I have a "forever" piece I love and will treasure. And Matthew made it happen. My Fendi experiences have been my best shopping experiences ever, thanks to the fabulous products and the even more fabulous Matthew.
