Selection: I feel like the big problem with a lot of these little boutiques is they run out of smalls quickly. I never have that problem here. Everything is cute and reasonably priced. My favorite part though is THE SALE RACK. Today I got a skirt for $10, and once I got a dress for $4! If I want to treat myself but not spend a lot. I head straight for that rack. Overall a more affordable but still quality boutique in Dallas (and in Uptown no less)!

I accidentally included an additional item in my return package and contacted customer service immediately to explain. I had intended on exchanging this item for a smaller size, but saw that they did not have the item in a smaller size. And accidentally left it in the return. I asked that they either return the item to me or issue a refund once they confirmed they had received it. Instead, I was told that because the item wasn't submitted through their Returns Portal, it could be considered "ineligible" and would be "donated". I understand that the mistake was mine, but I don't understand why the company couldn't simply return the item or process a refund. This response was disappointing, especially as a first-time customer, and showed very little understanding or willingness to help.

Within seconds of arriving, she had three dresses pulled - catering to my existing style and build. I was able to try one on, check out, and make my dinner on time looking and feeling great. The Y&I selection is always strong, but Angela went above and beyond. Turns out she's also a personal stylist, and it absolutely shows.
