So this was the 3rd place i tried to find navy blue scrubs and finallly!!!!! I found one! I was grumpy and was happy to meet a friendly face and an easy experience! I was in search for scrubs and came across "Scrubs & Beyond" on Apple Maps. I decided to stop by on my way home after work and as soon as I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by Tashia. First off... she was AMAZING! Walked over to me, asked how I was doing and if I needed any help and if I was looking for anything specific. I told her what I needed and she got me exactly what I was looking for and I wasn't there for more than 15 minutes. She was so friendly, kind and funny! Big selection of scrubs and I needed at least 4 pairs. Unfortunately the sales person was on the phone the entire time, sitting in a chair speaking Spanish. I was the only customer in the store. After I came out of the room multiple times looking for other sizes she asked if I needed anything. By then I had given up finding anything that fit well and I left without buying anything. I went to this location when another called to see if they had what I needed in my size. I got there and was greeted by 2 very nice employees. They made sure I was okay throughout the many times I circled the store. They even showed me where the thing was in the store for a little discount which I appreciated after being over 200 bucks in. As I was checking out and asking questions we started talking about life in Texas and some experiences. I'm new in the state and these 2 ladies were beautiful inside and out. I felt like I was talking to 2 old friends I hadn't seen in a while. I'm used to ordering scrubs online and this place seems way over priced. Number one. It's at least 85 degrees in here. And I literally got nauseated shopping. I made a comment to the only clerk in the shop and she dismissed me. I'm guessing she is very cold natured and possibly sick as she is sniffing and wearing 3 layers of clothing and the patrons suffer.... It took over 20 min for her to check on the only other person in the store. When I asked what brands were approved for my company she give me a binder and says here. The heat alone made me go from excited to buy new scrubs to feeling like my company must hate us for making us shop here! They do not carry all the brands that we can buy which makes it difficult because you can't try on! Won't return. read more

My mother and I came in today 7-20-17 at 4pm. The one on northwest highway and skillman. It was our first time here. My mom didn't know what size she was so we asked for help multiple times, never received it. When we were ready to check out the lady was rude. There was a grey pants on the table and my mom said "can I seen those pants in petite." The lady said "really, pay first." But my mom wanted to see them first. The lady got frustrated and call the security guards who were standing in front of the store and she kicked us out. We ended up not buying anything. The security guards told us that the lady is always like that and has many complaints, that's why they stand in front of scrubs&beyond. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but if this happens multiple times why is she still here? Terrible experience! Never coming back!! read more

After calling to inquire about my order that was lost and reordered, just to make sure everything was going well with the order, I was told by a woman named "Angel" to "Have a nice day or go die somewhere I don't care". I have had so many issues with this store. I am beyond frustrated. At first when I purchased my scrubs, the lady in the store was really helpful even though the store was busy. I purchased 2 sets of scrubs and one jacket. One set of scrubs had the correct color and my size in store and would need to be sent off only to be embroidered. They told me they would be shipped to me in 2-3 weeks. It has now been 8 weeks and every time I call I get told something different. Monday of last week they told me they "finally received them in store" and would ship Tuesday or Wednesday to me. Now it's Monday of the next week and the person on the phone says she's going to look and see if they are in store. What?! So we are going on week 9 and nobody knows where my $100 pair of scrubs are. Haha The second set of scrubs needed to be ordered (because they didn't have these in store) and then sent off to be embroidered. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks. I understood that and was perfectly fine with that. Update: I just got off the phone with Emily who said they are still sitting in the store because they are out of shipment bags. Scrubs have been sitting there for a week because they don't have the supplies to ship. Awesome! Emily said she will take my scrubs and go drop them off to be shipped today. 5 stars for Emily if she does get them in the mail. 1 Star for this store because they obviously have way too many orders and can't keep up with them. I stopped here randomly to grab some scrubs for work on the way to the beauty supply store. Although they have a wide array of selections to choose from, I wasn't entirely impressed by the prices. They do offer a 15% discount on your purchase if you sign up for their membership, and they are very friendly and welcoming to each customer that walks through the door. read more

Great customer service. I came in with some pretty complicated requests, I had an online order from a different company that I wanted to return, I wanted to order a brand they had but I needed a size they didn't carry so they had to order it, and I wanted to use an online gift card in the store so we had to figure out how to use the code in person. Not once did any of the staff treat this like it was an inconvenience or waste of time, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back if I need more scrubs. read more

Love this store but for the scrub wearing life of me I can't figure out why when you purchase from here and you pay with debit ( takes your money instantly from your account ) and have to return an item if not all items they choose ( not your choice at all) how you receive your money back .. I returned an item yesterday and it Popped up for me to enter my pin ( debit * money added to your card instantly ) well she tells me oh I'm sorry swipe your card again and tell it ask me to sign ( credit* gotta wait 24-72 hrs for it to show in your account ) hell no I want it returned just the way I paid " right then and there !! If that's the case let me get these scrubs and I'll pay you on Monday ( right not gonna happen ) neither will me signing to have my funds returned days later when I paid at that very moment !!! I had worse service ever, the lady "Kelley" was very rude when I called to ask for the suite number, she never gives me the address and she hang out the phone. Then I found the address and I was served by her AGAIN! She was very rude and angry at me for no reason. I'm not sure what their discount policy is, but after visiting this store, I can conclude that the policy is not being justly enforced. While looking around in the store(I was near the counter), I heard the cashier ask a female customer, "Do you work at a hospital?" The lady must have said yes, b/c the cashier then told the lady that she gets a 20% discount. The cashier did not ask the lady for her work I.D. nor did she present it. When I got to the register, I was asked the same question, by Emily. I told her I work at Doctors, which is now Baylor Scott and White and also BUMC, the main hospital. She asked me if I had my badge or an email address. I don't keep my badge in my car b/c they can deactivate in the heat. I always carry a small wallet, so I don't keep it there either. I wasn't even thinking that I needed to bring it with me when I left home. I told her I didn't have it. She asked if could log into my email account. I told her I had to get my phone out of my car, so I did. I've never logged into either of my work email accounts from my phone and it's a hassle trying to log into certain sites from a mobile phone. I stood there at least 5 minutes trying to get to the correct site while the two ladies stood there laughing. I finally logged into the BSW company website and showed her my name on the site, b/c I was wasting time trying to figure out how to get to my email from my phone. Now, I have no problem at all showing my I.D. if it's required for a discount. My problem is when you require it for one customer, but not another. I was completely calm and smiling the entire time, even thanked her when she was done, but I felt disrespected in some way. Either you require ALL customers to present identification to verify where they work or you take EVERYONE'S word. If a customer doesn't have I.D., either you ask EVERYONE to log into their email or don't ask anyone at all. And if a customer has to log into their email account, at least allow them to use the store desktop, so that the process goes smoothly. read more

I'm about to start volunteering at a hospital, and I read Yelp reviews and thought this place had some of the best. While I was there, the employees were very helpful. They also gave me a discount for being a volunteer since I had my badge. The selections are a little unorganized, but it's also not too overwhelming. I had to buy only white ones, but if you have more flexibility in your uniform it looks like they have some cute holiday/themed scrubs! I ended up getting Grey's Anatomy scrubs because they were the most comfortable fabric. read more

Scrubs & Beyond is the only place we're allowed to order our scrubs from for work due to a limitation in color and styles that are acceptable. No problem. When I ordered my scrubs the first time, I had no issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The second time, the staff was equally great as my previous experience except this time one of the scrub pants I wanted never got ordered until my follow-up call to them one month after my order was placed to inquire about the status of the order. The order was resubmitted and since the petite pants were backordered, it took another 2 months before they arrived. No big deal, I could manage with on what I had on hand. But when I went to go pick up my order recently, my top was the wrong size and style. The lady assisting me tried to rectify the situation but I decided to just take what ended up coming in bc I couldn't wait longer for a new one. Despite my disappoint me in the wait time of my second order, I've always had a good interaction with the staff here both in person and over the phone. read more

After waiting for a month for my new scrubs to come In and I was highly frustrated because not one person's communication was on point , I had to call every other day and asked if my scrubs were in yet , I just wanted to give angel credit is due she acutally took the time to do research and look up tracking and call the wherehouse to locate the items to mine and her supprise they are sitting at the register for pick up no one called ughhhhh but on a wonderful note angel saved the day and took the extra steps to tell me my scrubs are now there and at the store thank you Jesus .... The selection is good, although I cannot emphasize enough how heinous the customer service is. There was only one other customer in the store, and I was completely ignored by the two saleswomen. One was named Ariane, the other name I didn't catch. She watched me struggling to get down some tops that I could not reach and finally halfheartedly helped me. I spent far more time in the store then I would have liked because neither of them could be bothered to assist me in the slightest. I hardly even write reviews, but I was so taken aback by how horrible the salespeople were, I had to comment in hopes someone would see it and give the employees some kind of training or something! read more
