This should have tipped me off. They offer a 10% discount for employees. The staff was helpful. Seriously, tried on every uniform they had in the store. They lacked colors and sizes in everything I tried on. Nothing matched. Boo! I was able to buy ONE uniform from the store, but paid for two uniforms at the cost of 120$. Steep for 2 uniforms. This included 8$ shipping for a uniform I'm still waiting to arrive. When leaving the store, I received a register receipt. That's it. No information regarding shipment, or number to call for follow-up on the shipment. I check my mailbox everyday for a shipment. With what I paid, the uniform should have already been at my door. It's past the due date of arrival and I'm still waiting. I bought this uniform April 23rd. I'm fuming. If I knew it took this long to get uniforms I never would have made the purchase. Unbelievable! Buyer beware and lesson learned. I should have been more aware when placing an order. I would have tried on, thanked them and ordered online. Maybe that's why they don't tell customers? Update: Went in person to check on the status of purchased uniforms. They apologized and said they will be shipped. At this point it's 20 days later. Not happy to hear. Not happy about having to wait even longer. An apology and additional wait time is what I got. I should have insisted on a immediate refund. It's 24 days later and I've not received my uniforms or a note about the status of the order. I've been very patient. This is bad business practice, and shameful. Finally, after 26 days I received my uniforms. Be advised returns are not excepted after 30 days. Word of advice, if they don't have what you need write the numbers down and order from Uniform Advantage online. 26/2019

She barely let me get a word in and tried to over talk me and thought talking faster would get her point across. Ma'am, it doesn't matter. If your staff made a mistake. Accept that and move on. I just want to be able to use my points. Not to be waived off like I don't matter. Which is what this lady always does. Very disrespectful and very rude. You would think if a customer has loyalty points they would be able to use them or at the very least be asked if they would like to use their points. "Not be told no you can't use them at all, maybe next time!" And then she said maybe you can add your employer, people get discounts that way.
