The clerk, Kamran, is wonderful! I mean talk about A1 customer service. First, I called to see if they had a particular brand in store and when I came in, he was able to show me other brands that were even better than what I was looking for. They have a great selection of scrub brands and get this, no more waiting weeks to get your scrubs embroidered, they are able to do it in store for less than 5 minutes! I wish I knew about this before driving miles to get my scrubs embroidered but now I know so I'm letting you all know! It is also way cheaper to get your scrubs embroidered here than other places i've been. I believe it is about $7 but Kamran was able to do it for me for free! I was looking for a specific scrub pant for work. They did not have my size so the worker told me that she could order it. Ok, so I pay in ADVANCE and was told it would take 5-7 days. 14 days later, I tried to call because I haven't heard anything from them. Phone keeps sending me to voice mail. So I go IN to ask, she said no ma'am, they have not come in yet. They should be here by the weekend. She said she would call when they got there. Waiting all this time and NEVER received a phone call. Another week goes by and still no calls. I decide to go in AGAIN. No ma'am still not here. WHAT???? After waiting for 3 weeks, I asked for a refund. The owner tried to give me store credit. Why would I want store credit, when you didn't have what I wanted to begin with? Then when I called the second time they lied about it and said it was "delayed but it will arrive to my home in two days" ... 3 WEEKS LATER still no package. I called once again only to be told that my package I was expecting a month ago was sitting in the store and that he had forgotten to ship it to me at all. I have been coming here since they opened and have completely stopped buying online. The prices are extremely competitive with even online pricing and the customer service just puts it over the top. The staff is so familiar with their excellent stock that they can tell you what where and how it will fit. The neatest trick I have seen is recommending a scrub based on fit if you have a preferred brand. They even know the scrub styles and colors by season which for a scrub store is unheard of! They were nice at first, but then they started making rude comments because they didn't like that I wanted Grey's Anatomy scrubs. The prices on the scrubs were never correct or sometimes even missing, so it would be a surprise at check out. The only good thing about this place was that I was able to return my scrubs. read more

I have personally bought scrubs before until now. I have shopped online to get a better understanding for price point and what to expect. I walked in and was immediately greeted and started browsing the racks. Immediately I could understand the lay out and go straight to the price points I wanted. I picked out a few different styles and went straight to try them on. I originally only went for scrub bottoms and the owners daughter just happened to bring me a scrub top. She brought two and one was my size. I thought "what the heck might as well try it on" as soon as I did I was in love with the fit and material. I walked out to grab a few different sizes and styles on bottoms. The only down side is the prices aren't marked on ALL merchandise but if you ask they are willing to give you the price. I ended up leaving with two scrub tops and scrub bottoms just because I was able to have the selection and price points all in one place. I will definitely be back because this was the easiest purchase just based off customer service. read more

It was approaching closing time when I walked in, but Kamron took the time to ensure that the size & fit of my scrub pants were perfect for my build. He even offered to alter the scrubs for me right then and there. The store offers price-matching, a generous but rather unnecessary bonus since their regular prices beat most online competitors. They have a large variety of different brands, and if they don't have the style or size that you're looking for, they can order it for you and have it at the store in a few days. Went to Scrubs Uniforms for the first time as soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and asked me if i need help. New to the profession Cameron helped me and showed me until I found the scrubs I liked. Amazing they match online pricing and on top if you want items that they don't have in stock they ordered for me and will ship me the item I needed for free. Even online stores charge you for shipping. Customer service bar is raised so high that I don't think I can go any where else. I saw some reviews from people gave 1 star come on you guys have some decency it's our local family owned store. We should support these local store.
