The clerk, Kamran, is wonderful! I mean talk about A1 customer service. First, I called to see if they had a particular brand in store and when I came in, he was able to show me other brands that were even better than what I was looking for. They have a great selection of scrub brands and get this, no more waiting weeks to get your scrubs embroidered, they are able to do it in store for less than 5 minutes! I wish I knew about this before driving miles to get my scrubs embroidered but now I know so I'm letting you all know! It is also way cheaper to get your scrubs embroidered here than other places i've been. I believe it is about $7 but Kamran was able to do it for me for free! He even gave me a little preview of the embroidery process and I was able to watch the machine get to work. I mean, just WOW, wonderful store and wonderful staff, I will certainly be back! read more

Very rude owner. Came before closing and didn't even let me step in to see. Please don't waste your time here just by the glimpse of the store very unorganized. read more

The Customer service is really nice. I went to the store to purchase scrubs for the fist time and the lady was really helpful, from finding the right size to color everything was so easily accessible. They also had a 20% off for nurses week on top of their budget-friendly prices. Definitely returning for more scrub sets/undershirts and accessories. read more

I placed an order about 2 weeks ago. I have gotten no shipping information, none of the email addresses I have found for them work. I tried calling the phone number listed on their website and explained my situation, and the woman rushed me off the phone by saying she couldn't help me but she could give me another phone number to call tomorrow where her manager would be. This is the shadiest scrub-buying experience I've ever had. read more

if I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT do business with this online store. They will take your money but will not ship your items. They will not respond to emails, call back, emails or anything. You will just be SOL and will just lose whatever you spend with them. Absolutely unacceptable to run a business this way, and the customer service is on another level of suck! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLAR!!!!! You've been warned. read more

Good location BUT their store hours are not correct. Website and map says closes at 8pm. I'm here in the parking lot on a Thursday and it's 7:32pm. Lights turned off and doors are locked. read more

I was looking for a specific scrub pant for work. They did not have my size so the worker told me that she could order it. Ok, so I pay in ADVANCE and was told it would take 5-7 days. 14 days later, I tried to call because I haven't heard anything from them. Phone keeps sending me to voice mail. So I go IN to ask, she said no ma'am, they have not come in yet. They should be here by the weekend. She said she would call when they got there. Waiting all this time and NEVER received a phone call. Another week goes by and still no calls. I decide to go in AGAIN. No ma'am still not here. WHAT???? After waiting for 3 weeks, I asked for a refund. The owner tried to give me store credit. Why would I want store credit, when you didn't have what I wanted to begin with? She tried so many things to keep my money in her possession and make me wait even longer. After all her fake I'm sorries, I found out that they NEVER PLACED THE ORDER...blah, blah, lies, lies, lies. Again, asked for my money back. I mean, why would you say you can order it and then never do it and keep your customer's money? Standing and waiting for like 15 min because she didn't want to give me my money back. But finally did. I will NEVER do business here again read more

This scam will not send your order until you file a dispute with your payment method, then they will send the items and send you nasty emails and accuse you of trying to take the items without paying. They will NOT acknowledge you attempting to contact them/or cancel your order, but will send you nasty emails, daily, but won't respond to those if you reply either. read more

Absolutely the best place to buy scrubs, period. Locally owned and run. The ladies working there are wonderful and help me every step of the way. Thanks Humra and Azza read more

See all

First they admitted to mailing my package to the wrong address. Then when I called the second time they lied about it and said it was "delayed but it will arrive to my home in two days" ... 3 WEEKS LATER still no package. I called once again only to be told that my package I was expecting a month ago was sitting in the store and that he had forgotten to ship it to me at all. I'm now forced to make an hour drive to the store to get my refund.. Horrible, horrible service. ***Update *** Went in a few days ago for my refund and GUESS WHAT, no refund in my account... Now I have to go back AGAIN read more

I have been coming here since they opened and have completely stopped buying online. The prices are extremely competitive with even online pricing and the customer service just puts it over the top. The staff is so familiar with their excellent stock that they can tell you what where and how it will fit. The neatest trick I have seen is recommending a scrub based on fit if you have a preferred brand. They even know the scrub styles and colors by season which for a scrub store is unheard of! You guys rock!! I live fairly close to the store but would gladly drive to shop here!keep up the good work read more

My name is cary hullender , I recently purchased some scrubs for my daughter, who is going to school I did not know they had to have a certain color of scrubs they were required to ware. I bought the wrong color . i took them back to exchange to get the right color. the lady that helped me was so helpful. She was so polite and upbeat. Overall I give a A+. read more

These are the most modern scrubs i have seen and selection of many other brands are great. Love the prices, Grey's Anatomy line and quality is fantastic. Kamran and Humaira were very helpful and friendly! read more

I stopped by again and this time they were open. They were friendly enough and have an okay selection - would like to see some Grey's Anatomy and a few other brands though. Glad there's a place in Carrollton to buy scrubs - I'll be back. read more

They were nice at first, but then they started making rude comments because they didn't like that I wanted Grey's Anatomy scrubs. The prices on the scrubs were never correct or sometimes even missing, so it would be a surprise at check out. The only good thing about this place was that I was able to return my scrubs. read more

There's so many choices to choose from. I got 2 black tops. It fits nicely. I got 30% discount for the grand opening. The owner is really nice. Thanks! read more

Great selection and a very nice store. Way cheaper than Amazon- who knew that could happen!

I have personally bought scrubs before until now. I have shopped online to get a better understanding for price point and what to expect. I walked in and was immediately greeted and started browsing the racks. Immediately I could understand the lay out and go straight to the price points I wanted. I picked out a few different styles and went straight to try them on. I originally only went for scrub bottoms and the owners daughter just happened to bring me a scrub top. She brought two and one was my size. I thought "what the heck might as well try it on" as soon as I did I was in love with the fit and material. I walked out to grab a few different sizes and styles on bottoms. The only down side is the prices aren't marked on ALL merchandise but if you ask they are willing to give you the price. I ended up leaving with two scrub tops and scrub bottoms just because I was able to have the selection and price points all in one place. I will definitely be back because this was the easiest purchase just based off customer service. read more

Stopped by so I could grab some scrubs before I start school. Looked at the opening time and got their right at 11. Lights were off and the doors were locked. No note on the door indicating why it wasn't opened yet. I even called the number on the door three times with no answer. Super super disappointed and won't be wasting my time traveling here again. read more

Came on Thursday during middle of the day. Sign said open, lights on. Called and no one answered the phone. Like previous reviewer....bad business to be open, but not open. Trip in 103 degrees for nothing. read more

One of the best customer service experiences I've had in any store. It was approaching closing time when I walked in, but Kamron took the time to ensure that the size & fit of my scrub pants were perfect for my build. He even offered to alter the scrubs for me right then and there. The store offers price-matching, a generous but rather unnecessary bonus since their regular prices beat most online competitors. They have a large variety of different brands, and if they don't have the style or size that you're looking for, they can order it for you and have it at the store in a few days. I highly recommend Scrubs Uniforms in Carrollton. read more

Amazing place for scrubs!! Feels more like a boutique experience rather than a regular boring scrub store. Prices are great and Cameron is amazing!!! Extremely informative and positive, I will be back for sure! The $50 for $75 is totally worth it. read more

Usually i dont give feedback on any one but this store Scrubs Uniforms in Carrollton deserves to get one. Amazing experience. Went to Scrubs Uniforms for the first time as soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and asked me if i need help. New to the profession Cameron helped me and showed me until I found the scrubs I liked. Amazing they match online pricing and on top if you want items that they don't have in stock they ordered for me and will ship me the item I needed for free. Even online stores charge you for shipping. Customer service bar is raised so high that I don't think I can go any where else. I saw some reviews from people gave 1 star come on you guys have some decency it's our local family owned store. We should support these local store. I recommend people to visit scrubs Uniforms and support them. read more
